An absolute beautiful place. Their selections are 2nd to none. Great and friendly people as well. Hard to explain the overall experience. One must visit there to enjoy all its benefits and beauty.
If you're out Louisa way, or doing a wine/beer tour, this is worth a stop. Beautiful property, solid beers and wines.
Southern Revere book air mobile petting zoo when we get there the people was awesome before we left. We tried there. What a peach. It was very delicious. A very good tasting wine but definitely recommend.
I bought one beer from here during the Jack Jouett festival for $7. The bartender swiped my card twice, and I was charged $20 then $7 + tip for the beer, two separate transactions. I never bought anything but that one $7 beer, and you guys don’t open again til Thursday so I’m stuck with $20 missing from my bank account.
Great beer, beautiful location, and Avery friendly staff. Can't recommend enough!
Great place to stop. Just a few minutes off the interstate.
Great beer choices, nice outdoor/inside seating. Fire pits, pond, goats and dog friendly; who could ask for more!!! Oh wait, there's also a food truck😊
Just a lovely stop on the way to Charlottesville. The beer was outstanding and the servers were very knowledgeable about the 12 beers served. Oh, and the wife bought several bottles of wine to go.
Really good beer with many options and seasonal varieties. Family friendly place to hang out with ample outdoor seating and space for kids to play. Highly recommend.
I had to give it one star but if possible I would have given zero. I drove 45 minutes on Sunday, Sept. 22nd along with some friends to try out this establishment. Seems like they have/had a good selection of brews but after driving for 45 I pull up to their driveway only to be greeted by a sign that they were closed for a "private event". Certainly they have the right to host private events but they should at least update their website or their Facebook page but they did not. No mention of not being open to the public. What a shame.

What a great brewery/vineyard! They are extremely family friendly and the beer is awesome. We met the owners while we were there and they were so accommodating and informative about there beer and wine. We had a great day relaxing outside with amazing views and good drink. Highly recommend.
My favorite food truck announced they were coming to Southern Revere for their Dog Days of Summer event, so I had to bring my pooch and check it out. SO glad we did! This place is charming as soon as you see the entrance sign. LOTS of wide of open spaces to wander around and enjoy your beverage. I appreciated that I could bring my dog inside to order. And really appreciated that you could mix wine and beer in a flight. Everything we tried was great and I even bought some to take home with us. Folks at the counter were friendly and helpful. Huge merch selection. Loved the playground and mini goats to entertain the kiddos. Looking forward to returning when it cools off a bit. Want to try out those fire pits!
Southern Revere Cellars is an exceptional brewery! We attended their 4th of July celebration and had an incredible time. The food was delicious, the music was great, vendor shopping was fantastic, and the staff was outstanding. This brewery is very well-run, and we can't wait to return.
Local farm brewery, family owned. Great beer. Can't beat the atmosphere. Resident food truck. Can't get much better than that. Cheers
The beer was good and the place seemed nice but the Cuban food truck lady was absolutely out of line. After ordering food I looked over and there was a lady just glaring at my dogs. I smiled and stood there. She went out of her way to get my attention and yelled “do NOT bring those dogs any closer”. Being rather caught by surprise due to the fact that my dogs were sitting in place looking up at me, I said excuse me? She again, standing there with her hands on her hips and very aggressively stated “I have a son that’s wants nothing to do with your dogs”. To avoid any further confrontation my dogs and myself moved away. I left immediately after getting my food. Even after stepping away she continued to glare at up. I wouldn’t come back here and risk running into that lady again.
I understand that the food truck is not affiliated with the brewery. However the people you allow on your property to serve your guest have a big impact on the experience and your business.
