This has to be the worst subway I've ever been to. I was visiting from out-of-town. A family member wanted a sandwich. First, the staff behind the counter are rude. The two white boys behind the counter were extremely rude and didn't speak. The owner of the franchise, I assume, was okay and asked if I was being helped. But the two young men behind the counter ignored me, even after he inquired. I'll be writing corporate. I spent no money here. Visit was Nov. 8, 2024.

My husband placed an order for 2 six inch subs at 12:15pm today for a 1:15pm pickup. We arrived 5 minutes before the pick-up time, and the sandwiches were not ready, no problem. We waited for 35 minutes past the pickup time before our sandwiches were ready. In the meantime, they continued to fill orders for people just coming into the shop.There were others that had placed an order thru the app that were waiting also. No compensation was given.
This shop is always slow, but this was ridiculous.

Order was supposed to be ready at 7:10 it didn’t get done until 7:40, the order was wrong. The “wrap” was made with flat bread that was stale. They put onions on almost all the sandwiches, which wasn’t ordered. All around terrible dinner

I ordered online for pick up and they didn't make my subs right at all and I emailed them and the owner emailed me back said he was sorry but no refund, no remaking the subs or any coupons for there mistakes so not going back to this subway at all they lost a customer

The line is out the door and there are 3 employees. One (buzzed dark hair, brown eyes, androgynous - I describe them because no one is wearing a name tag) just stands at the register and watches the other 2 struggle. I suggest that they could help and things might go faster. They say no...the girl making g the sandwiches is new and so would be overwhelmed. The girl is already overwhelmed. That's why the line is out the door

Owner was rude when I called about a simple mistake on a sub. I completely get it mistakes happen! I work in the food industry so I know. What blows my mind is how he cusses me out, and makes homophobic comments.

Every single TIME I get food delivered from this place it’s SOMETHING always messed up . Then when you complain they have the audacity to give attitudes and refuses refunds . ITS CRAZY the picture below is an example I was so hungry I took 2 bites out of my sub immediately and noticed it didn’t taste right I look and the bread isn’t even what I wanted ( asked for Italian herb and cheese ). SUCKS and I bet if I call this time they’ll refuse me refund AGAIN :/
