This Subway only wants to serve you a complete and total messš¤® every time we have gone there there is 3x's too much meat, 20x's too much sauce and for anyone that thinks this is a plus must eat like a pig from a pig trough. Best to just go to Lake Anna or Montpelier.

Service was sub par. Walked in at 820-830. They acted like we committed murder ordering fast food over 30 minutes before closing. Horrible additude. Glaring and customers and making snide comments. This subway used to be first class. Not sure what's going on now

My salad was good. The service was so slow. There was also no tea available. It sucks how slow it is because the people are so super kind. Itās hard to be upset with how nice they are but reality is, 3 customers in front of me and I spent 15 minutes in line. Iāve been to other subways where there was 8 or 10 people and gotten through in the same time. The store was very clean, the music was good and the temp wasnāt too cold.

Went to subway in louisa lastnight, and the young man was closing and locked the doors at 8:12 pm. We'll why have a sign that says close at 9pm? I was not the only one up there either, atleast 2 others came up to dine. The staff is incompetent to say the least. Next time go to Joe's up the street. Amazing friendly and fast service. Great food too

The slowest and most unprofessional subway Iāve been to. The night shift apparently takes 45 min to make 2 subs. Then throws slick a$$ comments about how mad they are that itās just 2 of them and threaten to close up the place before closing because itās to much work. I sat there and heard more complaining about their job then them actually working.

This has to be the worst subway I've ever been to. I was visiting from out-of-town. A family member wanted a sandwich. First, the staff behind the counter are rude. The two white boys behind the counter were extremely rude and didn't speak. The owner of the franchise, I assume, was okay and asked if I was being helped. But the two young men behind the counter ignored me, even after he inquired. I'll be writing corporate. I spent no money here. Visit was Nov. 8, 2024.

My husband placed an order for 2 six inch subs at 12:15pm today for a 1:15pm pickup. We arrived 5 minutes before the pick-up time, and the sandwiches were not ready, no problem. We waited for 35 minutes past the pickup time before our sandwiches were ready. In the meantime, they continued to fill orders for people just coming into the shop.There were others that had placed an order thru the app that were waiting also. No compensation was given. This shop is always slow, but this was ridiculous.

Order was supposed to be ready at 7:10 it didnāt get done until 7:40, the order was wrong. The āwrapā was made with flat bread that was stale. They put onions on almost all the sandwiches, which wasnāt ordered. All around terrible dinner
