Every single TIME I get food delivered from this place it’s SOMETHING always messed up . Then when you complain they have the audacity to give attitudes and refuses refunds . ITS CRAZY the picture below is an example I was so hungry I took 2 bites out of my sub immediately and noticed it didn’t taste right I look and the bread isn’t even what I wanted ( asked for Italian herb and cheese ). SUCKS and I bet if I call this time they’ll refuse me refund AGAIN :/

looks so we got there and we got to customize our own thing and they only give you like two slices of bacon or they don't give you enough meat for your sandwich and when you bite into it I saw a piece of mold in my cookie so please don't go there. It is the shittiest place I've ever seen.

This location is not the closest to my home but after ordering yesterday it will be my Go-To Subway. The sandwiches were perfect (I ordered on the app). Whoever made my order at 1:30pm knows how to read directions and make a perfect sandwich.

What's the point of online ordering? If I see people getting their food made and leave and I was in the store before them I'm assuming my order was placed before them right? Well good ole Louisa subway would rather get the people out of the store before filling the orders that have been made online.

Ordered salad ask for extra cucumbers to only get one ask for light lettuce to get none as for bacon to get none asked for extra meat and didn't get that as well was not satisfied at all

Really disappointed with the Louisa location. Subway has always been great besides Wegmans subs. But I did a mobile order and I wanted more olives I clicked on more olives and they gave even less than what's regular on a sandwich. And my other half didn't even have olives on it.

Super friendly. Great service, and good food at fair prices.
Have purchased subs here many times and service has always been very good with limited wait time until today. Two people in line ahead of me and one person working. The single worker was also working on an internet order while all of us were waiting. Had to repeat order and more than once for some aspects. The single worker asked someone for help eventually and they showed up after awhile. It took approximately 15 minutes to complete my transaction when normally it would have been done much faster.

My wife and myself go to this subway on a regular basis. It has to be the best subway that we have ever been to! Brittany and Devin are the friendliest owners and they always get our food right. Anyone who says different would have to be talking about a different location. We have a subway close to our house but would rather drive the extra 15 minutes to this one because the are so great. I would encourage everyone to stop by for breakfast, lunch or dinner and see them. You won’t be disappointed! 5 stars to you Devin!!

It's so wonderful going in a place with friendly folk. It's been sometime since I have visited this location. However Haywood the young African American guy was very helpful with my needs. His customer service and respect goes along way. So kudos to subway for spotting out the good guy. Sorry my tuna sub was demolished lol
