Location is excellent. Half the food menu was unavailable and there was grit in the collards (which the staff took off our bill to their credit). Brought a group here who travelled from out of state and it was a disappointment. We ended up leaving after 1 round and went to Vanish which is more reliable.

It was a sensational experience that combines great mixed drinks (2 limited per person... good thing! I could be there drinking for months non-stop. Distillery has a freaking airplane inside of it (see pictures). Drinks are crafted super well, and you will find something that you will enjoy for sure. Now... the brewery side next door/barn has excellent options of beer... right on what I like as well... combine that with great bbq from another great local spot, and you have something super close to perfection. Will be definitely going back for more. Super recommend this experience for an outing of all grades.

We ordered online a whole rack of ribs Sunday afternoon with a side of Mac & Cheese... the ribs were warm & our order was ready for pick-up within 20 mins. Unfortunately, everything was very overdone- the meat was so dry that we couldn't finish them. The mac & cheese was also overcooked & appeared to have been scraped from the side of the pan. I think that all of the food had been sitting for too long. Not sure if we were the last customers of the day, (picked up Sun at 4) but perhaps it would have been better not to sell them. We've always enjoyed the food from Monks & Flying Ace but unfortunately, not this time.. We will definitely not stop going there but will ask questions before leaving with our food...

Very solid beers. Great atmosphere - one of the rare spots that can successfully cater to both families and adults. Dog friendly on the covered patio and large, partially-shaded lawn.
Oh and some of the best melt-in-your-mouth BBQ I've ever had!

Guys..we love your place but cooome on with the inside summer temperature. Food, beer, cocktails all great! But when it’s this hot outside, let’s get all the fans going…and get the AC turned up!

Great spot for barbecue and alcoholic beverages. Wasn't that crowded on a Friday. I am from Oregon visiting a buddy that lives here and he said there is usually a long line to get food and drinks but it was not crowded. Food and drinks were great and the musical talent was excellent as she played a variety of music...not hip hop though but lots of classic tunes you will recognize. Next door they have a place where they sell bourbon and gin so I purchased a bottle of bourbon also for the trip back home but may have had some last night also. For food we had the fried chicken (the magic words), brisket and ribs along with a side of collard greens (needed to cook longer), baked beans and cornbread (sweet and souffle like and delicious).
The food and beer and spirits were delicious, service was very friendly and helpful, wonderful brewery/ distillery , will definitely be back 🍻

Our nonprofit held the opening dinner of an educational conference at Flying Ace Farms and it was wonderful. We used their pavilion, which made for a beautiful, private venue. We also had a distillery tour for our group before dinner, and people enjoyed that and the tasting room. Tyler and Jennifer were helpful with planning and were so fun to have onsite for the event. They made sure everything went smoothly, from our menu choices to the presentation after dinner. The food was amazing!
