As I was traveling late at night, I decided to make a stop to get a frappe. I was pleasantly surprised by how friendly the staff at the restaurant were. The environment was very welcoming, and I was impressed by how exceptionally clean the restaurant was.
Hat's off to Josie and her team. She is a great team leader. Very positive attitude and outgoing. I wish more mcdonald's managers could learn from Josie. Instead of being Debbie downers.
I never seen an employee. I ordered from a touch screen and paid. They holler ur number and leave ur food on the counter and they disappear into the back b4 u can look up for who hollered out the order number. If someone's order is messed up u got to wait and try to catch them next time they do their magic act.
