Excellent service from the moment I arrived - let’s just say a cone and I had a little disagreement in the parking lot. Kat went above and beyond handled it like a pro. She helped me pick out a great tasting Matcha and kept the good vibes going by supporting the team with words of encouragement. A very pleasant experience.
I'm posting this bad review mostly to get a hold of a manager at the Timberlake Rd location. This morning (8/29) I was waiting in lane 1 for A little over 10 minutes and then the girl comes to my car who is taking the orders and asked me to switch to Lanes. 2. Who had had some cars already go through already so the lane was shorter. I go over to Lane two with no problem and I am now the 4th or fifth car in lane two, 5 minutes has now passed while waiting in lane too. Oh no...
A local favorite, this is a cool option to the big chain brands. The line outside might seem long, but it moves quickly. The staff is friendly. My daughter knew what she wanted, but my husband had a lot of questions, and the staff was very friendly and helped him decide what to get. The price was as expected, and the drinks were good. We will return to try something else next time!
