I can't say Aji is great, or bad, it's just mediocre. The yellowtail sushi, which is my favorite, always, was cut from the bloodline, making it an unappetizing red color; a cut of the fish that is typically less delicate (ie. almost tough), and not typically used for sushi at most restaurants. The sweet potato roll was hard, as in the sweet potato was almost raw. These two rolls were inedible. Everything was okay, but drenched in sauce, and while it was edible, it was below average at best.

Had lunch there twice and the shrimp Roll was incredible! Would not have thought that Lynchburg would have a great sushi bar! Plus they serve a whole host of other dishes! Great place!

Found this place with a Google search!!! Such a gem!!! The sushi was amazing and fresh. I had the mushroom soup...divine!! The hot Jasmine tea with honey paired so perfectly with our dinner. We had a wonderful time!! Nate our server was perfect!!! Thank you!!
The ramen here is great every time. I live about 4 hours away from here but, when I head towards Virginia I make sure to stop by. The lychee sake they offer compliments the Hiroshi ramen insanely well. If you’re in the area or passing around, I’d strongly suggest stopping here for a great experience.

Pretty much everything on the menu is excellent. EXCEPT....the teriyaki sauce for some reason. It is weak and barely has any taste, so anything that needs it suffers. It is slightly salty with a hint of sweet, very thin sauce. Not the usual dark brown, thick, sweet sauce you'd expect.The hibachi sauce and every other sauce is just fine though.

Best Chinese in Lynchburg. Gen Tsos won ton soup that has a wonderful flavor And great spring rolls. The staff is attentive.

The ramen here is great every time. I live about 4 hours away from here but, when I head towards Virginia I make sure to stop by.
