I have been to this Arby's before and my previous experience was better, friendlier. Fries were warm but my burger had the meat pink. As a health professional I know well it's not safe but I ate it anyway because I was starving, moving my belongings to storage.

Like this Arby’s but the service depends on who is working. The shift leader gave me less than half full fries with our meals. Then I ordered sandwiches to go for my kids and my son finds a hair in his beef in cheddar. It was literally In between the meat.

The manager didn't want to make anymore pies she only had 2 pumpkin pie deserts I wanted a cherry pie. It was 630pm she said it was to late to make any . I purchased the pumpkin being my only option it was cold and wasn't fresh at all . The fountain machine was out of dr pepper , I addressed the problem she said she knew it was out and didn't fix it. I wasn't happy with my experience.

A man named KT took our order. His service was exceptional. He made sure we got napkins, straws, and sauce. He was very kind in allowing us to use multiple coupons and he had a very friendly demeanor. Much appreciated, this man deserves a raise.
I went through the drive thru it was 2 cars in front of me and it almost 30 mins to get to the window then we had to pull forward for curly fries because they where cooking then they won't even hot

Went thru the drive thru this afternoon. I got the 4 classics for 10 bucks a great deal. From the ordering to the service and time and customer service everything was great. Hadn't had this great of a customer service in a long time. I wish all restaurants in Lynchburg were like this location.
