I was here Sunday and just got lunch after church. I left the lights on running on the bus so my bus wouldn’t start! The store manager here? In the middle of her lunch hour, stopped what she was doing and came outside in her nice White Jeep and jumped my huge bus! I can’t thank you enough “Megan” I wanna say her name was for doing that for me! You will continued to be blessed!! Again thank you so much. One of her employees knew off top she had some jumper cables he said he anyone here has some it’ll be her❤️

Poor service, very slow. I asked for 2 sandwiches and got wraps. Didn't complain about the wraps until I noticed one had no chicken in it all. They would not provide a refund or replace the wrap. I would not recommend eating here.

Came thru drivethru this afternoon..Asked for a large drink no ice. Pulled off took 2 drinks and it was empty, cup filled to the lid with ice.Won't go back to this location, I'd rather spend the extra time and fuel to go-to Timberlake where they will provide what I asked for.

As we entered the restaurant we were greeted by a friendly staff member. They answered our questions and took our order. Food came out in a few minutes. Everything looked like it was assembled with care. You know how the pictures often show a beautifully put together sandwich and when you get it, it looks like someone played basketball with your food. Not this time. Everything looked just like the pictures. I want to give kudos to the staff for caring and doing a great job. It doesn't go unnoticed! Atmosphere is what you would typically expect. Tables and floor were clean.

Food was good, hot and fresh. The service could be better. The girl at the window looked like serving us was the last thing she wanted to do. It seems all the fast food chains have teenage employees that hate to work.

I stop in this location from time to time and grab something. From 2-5pm weekdays, they have a happy hour where items are discounted so that is a plus to eat after the lunch rush. Their counter person Desmond does a fantastic job at getting your order, making sure it is correct and on top of that, is friendly and courteous. A great addition to the staff all around! Rang the bell...

It's been a LONG time since I've been to an Arby's, and this location reminded me of all the reasons why I stopped going there. The food itself was substandard, on buns that were CLEARLY stale and quite dry as they hid the scant amount of roast beef actually on the sandwiches. You know those Arby's commercials that claim "We have the meats"? I'm guessing this location DOES have the meats, since they're obviously *hoarding* them from the prep line workers making the sandwiches. Those were quite literally the sorriest, most pathetic Beef N' Cheddars we have EVER had, hands down. The fries were dark (overcooked), tasted old, and had this nasty crunchy/chewy texture that said - SCREAMED - "we came from heat lamp hell".On to the "service" ?...We had a couple of errands to run before picking up our order, so we placed the order online, anticipating our 10 minute commute to the location should be more than ample time to have the order ready... We went to the drive-thru, telling the attendant that we were there to pick up a mobile order. We pull up to the window, and proceed to wait 15 or more minutes before they figure out amongst themselves (we watched the comedy of errors unfold before our eyes) that they had given our order to someone else, so they ask us to pull to the front of the store...where we waited yet ANOTHER 20 minutes in the hot sun. Keep in mind that they didn't even have to ring up the order, since it was pre-paid online. Worse? It wasn't even busy on that day (Wednesday) nor at that time (about 4PM). There was us and one car behind us and a small family at the counter ordering inside. The remaining four cars in the parking lot (we assume) must have belonged to some combination of the five or six people we saw pacing behind the counter, which further perplexed us as to why an order of non-customized, standard menu items should take nearly 40 minutes to receive. The cashier that FINALLY brought our order out didn't thank us for waiting, barely made eye contact, and somehow STILL failed to remember a drink that is itemized in the oder like everything else. I get out of the car and follow her in to get the drink, which is how I saw what "atmosphere" this Arby's had. It appeared mostly clean, but the location was old and the main tells were the amount of cobwebs and dust that had settled on the Jerry-rigged, piece-milled tiles in the ceiling.Should you have a nostalgic taste for Arby's, avoid this location at ALL costs. I can't come up with a single good thing to say about it, and honestly, I think you'd be hard-pressed to complement them, too, after this experience. If this location were a horse, I'd recommend puttin' 'er down for the Purina factory.Parking: PLENTY of parking for an (understandably) unbusy location.

Long wait. The food was ok. The order was right. Bathroom was in bad shape. I got the buffalo chicken sandwich and jalapeno roast beef sliders. Those were good. And I'm a sucker for curly fries (and so are my dogs).
