Very friendly service. This store is always clean and has a very nice atmosphere. You can have a private conversation and not be sitting near everyone in the restaurant.

I tried to give cashier a $50 dollar bill for my $38 (+change) order. She asked if I had a card, I said yes but I don't want to use it. The change would have only been $11 and a few cents. She kept asking over and over "can you use your card", when obviously I wanted to pay in cash. She was NOT going to take cash, so I did use my card. Unless they have "NO CASH" signs posted, this is not acceptable.

MindFull Masterpiece
This is the 6th time I've had to exchange my food in the recent weeks here at this Timberlake Location. As a customer If I pay top dollar for food I expect it to be fresh and eatable. The chicken appears to be cooked yesterday and is hard as a rock, I could not even bite through it and these fries are cold as ice. In store the crew is just standing as there were no customers during my visit, so why my food was not freshly made is beyond me. I WAS GIVEN TRASH FOOD again. I got a full refund and will no longer be a patron, again this is the 6th time I've had to exchange. Unacceptable

Employees cursing in front of customers, have a hard time putting orders together, the older man messes the orders up by putting in something totally different than what you order. Where is the district manager? This place is a disaster.
I would like to share my experience with this Arby's and the cashier named Lisa I don't know her last name but I would like to thank her. My friend had placed an Uber order and put in the incorrect address and he's a disabled guy and he was really upset about not getting his order so he thought so I called Arby's and Lisa answered the phone and she helped with it and passed the information on to the Uber so that he could get his meal I really want to thank her for that cuz most people are not that kind anymore nor would have taken the time to take down the information phone number and address and I want to thank you for that Lisa very awesome. I wish that everybody had the kindness that this lady did I cannot thank her enough once again for that and that kindness is free of charge and it is so awesome.. and it looks beautiful on that lady I know it doesn't I've never met her in my life but her heart is amazing and Arby's you are lucky to have Lisa That's all I can say.. but my friend Wesley got his food.

The only thing they could make sure their food is hot not barely warm. And please turn off Ac In winter cold weather. That's one thing makes food cold.
