We've been here a few times and have never had issues whether we go through drive-thru or eat inside. The food is hot and our order is always correct. The condiments are well stocked and the inside is clean.

I bought two Rubens which had no sauerkraut on them no dressing and all the meat was piled on one side of the sandwiches. it was awful. My wife bought a dinner and it was a bad the worst experience we ever had at Arby's. You expect better for the price you pay nowadays

I tried to give cashier a $50 dollar bill for my $38 (+change) order. She asked if I had a card, I said yes but I don't want to use it. The change would have only been $11 and a few cents. She kept asking over and over "can you use your card", when obviously I wanted to pay in cash. She was NOT going to take cash, so I did use my card. Unless they have "NO CASH" signs posted, this is not acceptable.

This is the 6th time I've had to exchange my food in the recent weeks here at this Timberlake Location. As a customer If I pay top dollar for food I expect it to be fresh and eatable. The chicken appears to be cooked yesterday and is hard as a rock, I could not even bite through it and these fries are cold as ice. In store the crew is just standing as there were no customers during my visit, so why my food was not freshly made is beyond me. I WAS GIVEN TRASH FOOD again. I got a full refund and will no longer be a patron, again this is the 6th time I've had to exchange. Unacceptable

Employees cursing in front of customers, have a hard time putting orders together, the older man messes the orders up by putting in something totally different than what you order. Where is the district manager? This place is a disaster.
