You can tell it’s just frozen reheated pretzels with processed packaged cheese. This place replaced our old pretzel place and that’s just shameful honestly. And it was wildly expensive

I took my kids to buy an order of the pepperoni pizza bites, which was on their menu for $5.99, then after paying for it, the cashier did not want to give me my receipt, when I asked her for it, I saw that the total was two dollars higher, I ended up being charged $7.94. she told me it was because the menu was wrong, and she had to charge me a higher price. Nowhere on the counter was any signage saying that there was a price increase.She told me that she was not responsible for the prices and that there was nothing she could do.Very poor customer service and attitude

We stood in front of the store while the workers where both in their phone Friday night the 27th 7:15pm. like I’m a server and the way they just stared at me I felt threatened. We had to leave with no food.

Made special trip because they sent me bonus pretzel with purchase of dog bites and a drink. Girl at counter says sorry, they're out of them or don't carry any longer. I explain made a special trip and will accept anything as a buy one get one substitution. She says she can't. I head to chik fil e where they never disappoint. As I pass by at closing time she said they give away to donation leftovers. Sounds gross cooked pretzels. Just wanted to check to see how bad of a business person they are. Asked if they wanted to discount anything at 8pm before losing profit. NopeDefinitely won't make a special trip again

I went for my birthday pretzel. I was told they didn't have any with salt so he proceeded to dip it in the butter and put salt on it. Absolutely the hardest pretzel I've ever had. The lady in front of me was complaining that her pretzel bites were burned. And an employee was playing with her hair.
