While the food is very delicious, more times than not I have been greatly disappointed for several reasons.....they often run out of not just some of the bagels, but all of them early in the day. I would say, in the three years I've ordered from either shop, they run out of bagels early, and their on line order website doesn't work well. Today I and anothee colleague tried to order online with no luck around 1115 am. I drove to the Forest shop to find they had one garlic and a few cinnamon bagels left around 1135! That is not what the website reflected. Piss poor management. You have lost my business. Nov 22 2024.

I paid cash. The cashier did not ring up the transaction, took the cash calculated my change, and wasn't even confident in the amount. What happens to the sales that aren't rung up.
Second, I asked for a bagel with cream cheese. And I got a plain bagel. If the cashier wasn't so busy calculating my change; maybe the simple order would have been taken correctly.
Owners need to set the bar higher for their employees; at the very least at the register to ensure they aren't losing money.

Their bagels are amazing. My favorite is their bagels and lox. So chewy on the outside and soft on the inside. Perfect flavor.? I have had other bagels/sandwiches too and they never disappoint.
Parking: Small parking lot that is difficult to find parking but still worth it.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. ordered a plan bagel not toasted and still didn’t get after 20 min. Serving people way after me. They don’t have any customers service skills. What’s the point of stopping on the way to work if they can’t even do a simple job. Highly would avoid. Go to the other bagel place down the street! Horrible food, parking, service. You could literally buy bagels and cream cheese at a grocery store for cheaper than their prices. The food taste like frozen store bought anyways.

Delicious bagels and we even got a parking spot Sunday afternoon!
I would give 4 stars, but they consistently run out of all bagels except for plain bagels hours before they close. Maybe this is just a weekend issue, but it’s pretty frustrating.

After a bakery we normally use was not able to fulfill our order, we recently reached out to Bacon Street Bagels to cater breakfast for one of our all company meetings. Even though it was a short notice, they were able to get our order placed and ready. We had over 60 people at the meeting, and everyone had plenty of food. Everyone enjoyed the variety of cream cheeses and bagels, and the whole package was very fairly priced. We will definitely be using them again to cater future company events.
Only thing I would change is that it would be nice to have a phone number to call to work out some details, but after visiting one of the locations, the staff were super friendly and helpful and answered all of my questions.
