The wife and I are staying in downtown Lynchburg VA at the Virginian Hilton Curio Hotel (great place by the way) on a road trip. At dinner time on a Sunday night we are looking for small bites and our Google search hits on Bentley's on Bedford (Street). Off we go in the car for an easy 10 minute drive to find the place. Parking was plentiful. Inside was clean and seating well organized with nice bar in the background. I ordered She-Crap soup and my wife got a salad with Salmon. Both were delicious....add a glass of wine and we were in heaven. Service was first rate and the menu was well rounded. This is a definite GO-TO place when in Lynchburg. Off we go tomorrow to see the D-Day Memorial in Bedford VA and Appomattox National Park. Both are must see places in that area.

Visiting Lynchburg for a wedding and needed to pick a dinner spot on reviews alone. This was a solid choice! Elizabeth was a friendly host and the food came out quickly. The barbecue pork ribeye was the highlight for me. Wish I had grabbed a photo!

People that like brunch items such as pancakes at lunchtime can have these. Bentley does not offer dessert but if you bring a birthday cake there is a small charge. Drink and food were very good.
Fantastic meal! I got the pierogis as an appetizer and the bbq ribeye as my main. Both were cooked to perfection. Can not wait to revisit to try something

Bentley’s was a surprise. We last went to Bentley before they changed for the BBQ place. BTW, They still have their wings. We have been there twice recently. We sat at the bar for the first time and had some drinks and wings. The bartender knows their drinks well. And as I said, the wings are delicious.The Second time, we went with a party of 8. The service was excellent. Between us, we ordered most things on the brunch menu. The presentation of each plate made everyone want to try the others. All of it was very good.The only down mark I give Bentley's is not their fault. I am trying to decide if I am eating at an old diner or a nice restaurant with a good bar. However, the food and service make up for the interesting decor.I look forward to seeing you there.

Came here for a Birthday lunch with my wife and got the Burger and my wife got the Cesar salad.This has a great atmosphere tucked next to Golf park coffee. Would recommend taking co-workers, or friends out to lunch here for a nicer sit down lunch. The food was very good and well seasoned. My only comment would be that the price for the lunch menu seemed toMe a little high but you definitely get what you pay for here.I will be recommending this place to my coworkers and friends.

Food is great! The cinnamon popcorn is delicious. I was skeptical my husband ordered I ate more than expected. The lunch special is a great price. Chicken sandwich is the best!! My son visits often also goes to Bentleys every visit!Dietary restrictions: Husband is gluten free chef is accommodating in making adjustments to his meal. Staff is helpful when making the selection too.Parking: Parking can be challenging on a busy Friday and Saturday evening but we also find a parking spot.
