We were greeted promptly. The interior is a super fun beach theme. The space is ginormous. Our server took the experience down a few notches as it seemed like she was having a bad day. She only visited our table 3 times: totake our order, and then to deliver food twice. She then left without even saying that her shift ended while we were sitting there waiting for water and wanting to ask for additional items. We were the only customers in the establishment. ?The food was OK. We ordered the fish tacos, the pork chop, and the chicken fingers. There was nothing that I would come back for other than the lovely ray of sunshine who ended up being our server right as we paid our check. Trinity is amazing! If you go to Big Lick Tropical Grill, make sure you ask for her.

I don't know what it is, but when I came here the vibes were OFF. Like, someone was about to get shot, off. I don't know if I'm being paranoid but I was too nervous to enjoy dinner. Haven't been back. Service was excellent and the food was decent. I jad a lot of trouble shelling my shrimp because I had erroneously expected it to come shelled, they replace it with a different dish and didn't charge for the shrimp, very compassionate. ❤️ Not sure why it felt like a mob front. I've heard good things about this place and usually I can see it's busy from the road, but when I went it was almost empty and it was not passing the vibe check.

A chill place for bite to eat. live music during Saturday night. It was not too crowded. I enjoyed the vibe. Their food was okay. I enjoyed our service though. She was very nice and she was helpful with deciding on our menu. I recommend their hush puppies if you are a fan of hush puppies like me. I could taste the onion and other spices. I have quite a few positive things to say about this place and it was worth the experience. I might come back for the convenience, but probably not because I’m craving something from their menu.

The best part of this experience was leaving. I got the Cajun pasta with steak and my husband got the sufside seafood platter..Pasta was cold steak very over cooked...platter fish was very mushy and shrimp was burned. Cheese fries as an appetizer was ok.. Drinks were decent..The only plus was our server, he was great, but we will not be returning.
