How hard is it to give customers what they order? Had to circle the drive thru two times. Ordered a sweet tea got diet soda. got back to my office and had unsweet tea. The person working the window never said a word. This location has the worst customer service. Stuff like this happens EVERY SINGLE TIME.

I had a bad experience with this business and how I was treated far as the customer service and how I was talked to. The manager Kieth was very rude far as refunding my money back for an order. He made a big deal out refunding ke my money back for my food and talked real rude to me and my family. The young lady that helped me felt very uncomfortable with the manger all under the young lady that placing taking my order. He touched all over my food and wiped his sweat and saying he gave me a receipt and didn't even give me a receipt. I was very disappointed on how kieth the manager rushed me and my family. The bathroom was very filthy and wasn't even cleaned and it was very unexceptible on how I was served and not very satisfied with the service here at bojangles. I was highly upset because the manager kieth was racist and rushed me and my family. I was very disappointed on how my experience was today and I won't be coming back anymore or telling any of my family members to come back. Thank you and stay blessed 🙌

Food is always great especially at breakfast time. But as far as hospitality, and being acknowledged. No one came to the counter. No one told me they'd be with me in a second. There was one guest in the dining room, and 3 vehicles in drive-thru. I waited well over 5 minutes, and left without any manager, or employee greeting me.
