What is the point in having an AI drive thru to take the order if it’s not going to ring what you say?
In addition, I tried ordering extra ranch and willing to pay for it, but i had to ask at the window, guy at the window with a long beard acts like i begged for free food and when I asked for two ranch he only gives me 1. Pure ignorance and lack of simple customer service skills. Stop being stingy with the sauce.

Decided to stop by and order some Chicken Bites and ended up taking over 15 min. The drive thru worker never apologized or even mentioned that it would take some extra time as I was next to the window, he just continued talking to his other coworkers and explaining how we were just going to have to wait right where we were. Once I finally got my food and water that I ordered, I went to take a sip and they gave me the complete wrong drink. I shrugged it off and opened the box of food and found a piece of hair on my food. I won't be going back very unpleasant and disappointing stop.

You have a serious customer service problem. I can’t even believe I’m leaving a review, but I also can’t believe the absurd experience I had at this restaurant. I asked, who I assume was the manager, why they were so mad? What I did wrong? Was told the staff was irritated because: I ordered a Bo berry biscuit that isn’t usually ordered, the staff was having a bad day, and they were really busy. I waited 20 plus minutes, saw at most three cars come through the drive thru, and no one dining inside. Backed up at one point to ask if I had been forgotten. The staff member looked at me and turned around. Laughing with the cook and clearly ignoring me. 😮💨 and the food was cold.

Ai ringing up food is crazy already then to sit there for 20 min and give the guy my money then another guy walks up and says thats not my total its actually almost 40DOLLARS FOR A 8 PIECE MEAL!!! THATS ROBBERY! MAD IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT!! Thats the reason I have not eaten from Bohangles in over 7 years! My kids wanted chicken, so I just left and went to KFC!

Always hot, fresh, and crispy chicken! Fries? Seasoned perfectly. Biscuits? Come on now, it’s a biscuit! The staff are also friendly, warm, and kind. Great bojangles location

...just ...no. The AI ordering is extremely inaccurate and frustrating. I've been to many Bojangles and this one is the worst. We didn't finish our order and it wouldn't respond so we had to wait to get to the window. Fast food is supposed to be fast and convenient. Bojangles isn't good enough for people to deal with the inconvenience.
