Have to say coming from a state that does not have Bojangles it was less than positive. The order was taken by a gentlemen that didn’t know the menus. Our questions were meet with rude behavior. Upon getting our dinner (3) people -food was not organized and we thought we were missing mash pototoes. They gave us some. We found on tray after a few minutes. Then someone came out and said we had to pay for the extra pototoes. No problem. It was the attitude and rude expressions that were inappropriate.
We will never eat here again. Fish was ok. Service -10!!

1. Just stop with the ai. Just stop.
2. Usually takes too long in the drive thru. Workers don't seem happy.
3. Fries are rarely in top form. Most of the time are old and not freshly made.
4. I love me some bo time but this one really needs new management and needs to get back to its southern roots.

I paid way too much for chicken for a family of six that should have been timed out guarantee it sat there more than an hour

The AI is cool, but a little difficult to navigate if you have a question outside of the norm - which is to be expected with a prompt-fed tool. I pulled up to the window and my order was 10.50. The woman didn't greet me and just said '10.50' which was whatever. I paid 11 dollars in cash. The woman at the counter asked if I had 50 cents. I said no - expecting for them to just break it and give me 50 cents as change. The woman stared at me and said 'Really? You don't have 50 cents?' I stated that I either had a card or more cash, but no change. I asked if they had 50 cents and she said 'you first - show me your money'. I said no. She left the window open after staring me down a little longer, proceeded to loudly complain about me to the rest of her team, then verbally stated that she was somehow doing me a favor by getting me change.
It felt pretty disrespectful and I don't think there was a single moment where customer service was utilized by that employee. I do want to also note that while the employee was complaining about me they stated to their team that they should definitely be going home early - I'm assuming this is because they were not properly equipped mentally to deal with their shift at the moment and I would have to agree.
Order was placed via drive-thru around 1200 on 20250224 for a total of 10.50.

Very Friendly staff. Made us feel at home. We were not rushed, were told to take our time. Food was great, Awesome Chicken sandwiches. Some of the Best mashed potatoes around. Will be back often. Made to feel like we were welcome. 2 Thumbs up.

Chicken seemed ancient and dry. Called in to speak to a manager about food quality and she told me to take the food out of the trash and bring it in for a refund. Ridiculous customer service and very inconsistent food.

Says it opens at 7 a.m- went to the drive thru at 7:25 a.m and no one is working? All the lights are off and not one car in the parking lot. Never heard of a breakfast place opening later than 6 a.m for the people who have to be at work early. Go down the street to biscuitville, you’ll be better off to skip this place entirely.

Food was super yummy! The drive thru has AI now though which was annoying - it was hard to tell if my order was correct. Thankfully the employee that took my card was able to help. Probably won’t return often unless they ditch the AI order, or perhaps add a screen that shows your order
