...just ...no. The AI ordering is extremely inaccurate and frustrating. I've been to many Bojangles and this one is the worst. We didn't finish our order and it wouldn't respond so we had to wait to get to the window. Fast food is supposed to be fast and convenient. Bojangles isn't good enough for people to deal with the inconvenience.

The food was really good just lacked a little flavor. The floors were dirty and filthy. The soda and tea and utensil area was covered with sugar ants and I saw they had traps up but need more of them. The booths and tables were dirty and filthy. Overall I recommend the food and drinks but be careful about the ants I wasn't sure if I wanted sweet tea because there was a lot of ants on the counter crawling around and before I left I cleaned the drink bar where the tea and soda residue resided. The manager had to take orders after doing a interview because the staff looked bored and uninterested to be there. BUT CONGRATS ON THE COOKS! They did such a great job smiles and laughter is the best when cooks have fun at work. Thanks for reading and have a great day 🙏

Great food managed and staffed with great people. I could eat here everyday 😋 almost do. No other chicken sandwich is as juicy, delicious, filling and energy packed to keep me going through a painters workday.

Asia at this location is absolutely terrible!! Went in to try and ask questions about a catering and she was not only rude but misinformed! I’m headed to the location on old forest and they are going to do my order. Thank you so much Brianne the manager at old forest! If Asia is in fact a manager you may want to find another because she def not helping your sales. I was ready to cancel my $200 order and we are repeat customers. Absolutely ridiculous!!
Ordered 12 pc family box from app called and told them about one side order missing the manger told me take it up with the app

I feel a class in customer service would be appropriate for the cashiers here. My son and I went inside to order the cashier heard my son tell me exactly what he wanted then we discussed the cheapest way to order it. Deciding a a kid's macaroni and cheese meal and substituting the mac and cheese for French fries, Bo rounds and a biscuit. I proceeded to order a pie and an extra bow around leaving the store getting all the way home just to realize that they had made a mistake no big deal people make mistakes everyday I tell my son so we go back to the restaurant and I go inside and and confront the guy and tell him what happened he proceeds to turn around and tell me that it was my mistake because he can't substitute anything in the meals they come as ordered okay if that's true I understand why didn't you tell me that in the first place instead of letting me pay for it and get all the way home to realize that the mistake has been made and my son getting all upset because we have to go all the way back into and to fix which again was no big deal people make mistakes he did not have to be rude about it and he certainly could have told me that in the first place cuz we would have left and went to a place that that does substitute things in the children's meals or any meal for that matter which I thought was a common thing in restaurants. Either way we won't return anytime soon to the Timberlake locationI just thought I'd let everybody else know so that way they don't make the same mistake and have unhappy children with cold food from having to return to get the correct order

Have to say coming from a state that does not have Bojangles it was less than positive. The order was taken by a gentlemen that didn’t know the menus. Our questions were meet with rude behavior. Upon getting our dinner (3) people -food was not organized and we thought we were missing mash pototoes. They gave us some. We found on tray after a few minutes. Then someone came out and said we had to pay for the extra pototoes. No problem. It was the attitude and rude expressions that were inappropriate.
We will never eat here again. Fish was ok. Service -10!!

1. Just stop with the ai. Just stop.
2. Usually takes too long in the drive thru. Workers don't seem happy.
3. Fries are rarely in top form. Most of the time are old and not freshly made.
4. I love me some bo time but this one really needs new management and needs to get back to its southern roots.
