Do not take your kids here on a Friday night! We waited for 1hr and 45 minutes for hour food! When it arrived it was cold. The server offered to warm up my granddaughters mac and cheese. When she brought it back she could barely hold the bowl because it was hot like lava! We were told it took so long because there was a large party being served in the bar area. Our meals were taken off the ticket . I will never go there again I'd rather stay home and eat Ramen noodles!

Coming in around 2:30, there was next to no one inside. Enough to justify more than one line cook, but not enough to stress everyone out. Our server was decent, and very personable, however we waited over 45 minutes for our food. Once our food was delivered, it was all room temperature; the hot items were cold and the cold items were room temp. Our server corrected the issue, but we will not be coming back to this location.

We were waiting up maybe over an hour for some wings and fries with a kids cheese burger they claimed there was a delay, but then proceeded to hand everyone else around us their food. It was pretty empty when we came in.. so we figured there wouldn’t be a long wait.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is awful. Terrible costumer service. Our food took an hour and went they finally bring our food to the table they got us the wrong food. We ask for the manager and his costumer service was awful. He treated us bad and he didn’t give us a solution for our problems. Worse nightmare. Please do not go here. Waste of time & guetto place

Food was extremely cold and multiple orders were wrong. We were told that we couldn’t get food because “kitchen was closed” when food wasn’t delivered to us accordingly.

Absolutely annoying. Food took about an hour to come and they gave me three measly grilled chicken.. Things for 12 bucks. When it was fixed, because I did not order it grilled, the food was clearly Microwaved. 12 TVs going at once, full volume, full brightness. Horrible decor. Employees hooting and hollering at the top of their lungs for no reason.
This place has expensive drinks, my food always oddly cool. The wait for your food is ridiculous. I have to eat at the bar section to actually get my food in under 45 minutes.

I placed an order , went inside the rude woman working to go stated the food would be out within 5 minutes. She never came back to the front stood there for 30minutes ! Before I asked for a refund. Mind you I placed the order online prior to this, once I requested a refund she then stated “ your food is ready” my food had been sitting for 30+ minutes I declined and wanted my money. I then called in to speak with management she repeatedly hung up the phone and wouldn’t allow me to speak with management, I will not return and send a manager

The worst BWW location I've ever been to. Mind you, I always ate at the ones in Richmond. The service here is extremely slow even when waiting for someone to come seat you on a Wednesday at 8pm. It's somehow even slower when it's not busy. The last 2 times I went with friends, no one even came at all so we just sat ourselves. Not only does the food usually take a minimum of 45 minutes, the server won't even come by to refill your drink the whole time. When your food does come it's cold, because plot twist, it didn't actually take 45 minutes to make. It was made in 10 minutes and sat in the kitchen for 35. I don't recommend this place, and if someone recommends it to you give them a hug because they've clearly been through something deeply tragic.
