Ahhhh yes B-dubs. It’s exactly what you expect. It’s consistent - and that’s about it. I love BWW as much as the next guy but this one seems to be understaffed and has very long wait times on service/drink and food. I’m giving it a bad rap but it’s the perfect place to assemble the “council of dudes”

Was inside waiting right after I placed my order. Waited longer than they had told me it would be. I opened my food once I got in the car and the fries taste stale and are not that hot which makes me think they were sitting while i was waiting. .
The red haired Man that was working the to go counter, was very unprofessional to the customer in front of me as the customer was paying, the worker said it’s gonna ask you a question about a tip and when the customer did not leave a tip, the worker said oh you made the wrong choice now I’ll make sure your food is messed up. I think that’s extremely unprofessional whether he was joking or not. Not sure if I’ll be returning to this location.

Had a really bad experience lately at another bww but this one somewhat redeemed the brand in my mind. They were very accommodating with the baby, super responsive in replacing unlimited appetizers etc. would consider going again.

Had bad experiences with the bartenders here, would not reccommend sitting at the bar, but Nellie was the best waitress ever! Have gone a few times noe and gotten her and she has never failed to brighten up my day, just a ray of sunshine :) The bar almost cost them my business permanently, but Nellie saved it, and I will definitely be back to see her again! :)

DO NOT ORDER THEIR SALADS. I accidentally ordered salad for $18 thinking it was East Coast Wings and I was SORELY mistaken. Awful. Chicken was gross, I ordered the buffalo chicken salad which was supposed to have bacon, green onions and bleu cheese crumbles all of which were non-existent. The chicken was yucky especially when I LOVE ECW salad. They gave me tons of lettuce and ONE small cup of dressing and I had to find ranch at work. I received a credit of $9 from Grub Hub but honestly should have given me a full refund because I wouldn't even pay $9 for this salad. I ended up throwing it away:(

By far the BEST nachos of any Buffalo Wild Wings!!! We were able to order with triple chicken and the kitchen staff did not disappoint in portion or in laying these to perfection! A lot of BWW just dump some stuff on the top and call it game, but this one took the time to craft an awesome plate of nachos. Our staff person was excellent as well. Just the right amount of attention to ensure we were taken care of, without being overly attentive. The restaurant was clean and seemed to be well managed. Excellent experience!

Worst experience ever. Waitress ignored our table for half an hour. Our order was wrong. Food was cold by the time refills were finally brought. Manager offered no solution to the problem and could have cared less that the waitress wasn't paying attention to her tables.

So slow. After years of bDubs, this location is not worth it any longer. Doesn't matter that it was NFL draft night, we were there before it started by 2 hours. It wasn't that busy. Seen this place bumping on weekends and UFC nights. 30 minutes to get drinks. Another to get an order in. Tables around us got food before us coming in after we were seated. Over an hour to get food and most of the table was just wings...Luke warm and cold fries. Music and NFL draft was way too loud to even try and carry a conversation. It wasn't busy...not mad...disappointed at the fall of this location.
