Ahhhh yes B-dubs. It’s exactly what you expect. It’s consistent - and that’s about it. I love BWW as much as the next guy but this one seems to be understaffed and has very long wait times on service/drink and food. I’m giving it a bad rap but it’s the perfect place to assemble the “council of dudes”
Had a really bad experience lately at another bww but this one somewhat redeemed the brand in my mind. They were very accommodating with the baby, super responsive in replacing unlimited appetizers etc. would consider going again.

I placed an order using my rewards and O thought I placed it for 2:30 and turns out it was for 12:30. She offered to remake the wings for me and was very pleasant
