I miss the Old Burg Burritos, the quality has really gone down in the past year or so 😔

The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it the perfect spot to sit and enjoy a great meal. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring a fantastic dining experience. And the burrito? Absolutely delicious—packed with fresh, flavorful ingredients and perfectly seasoned. They are closed at this very second but it doesn’t mean I don’t want a burrito from them. 10/10 all bangers
Killer burritos. Even had a simple one for my pup! Super friendly staff.

Absolutely delicious food. Good atmosphere as well, and perfect service. You can either eat downstairs or upstairs. The food is well priced for the amount you get, and the Ranch Lover Burrito was to die for. The Strombrito was better than I thought it would be. My Aunt and I split the two. The Chips and Salsa were fantastic, and while the Salsa was very watery, it made up for it with its taste. The Ice Cream sandwich they touted looked terrific, but sadly, I had to pass it up. I'm never in Lynchburg and was only visiting the hospital, but next time I'm there, I will definitely have to stop by again.
The only issue I had with it was trying to find it. It's inside a shop called the Rhodora (a very expensive place, but that's a different review.)

Julia is an amazing chef. The fall break burrito is perfect and one of a kind. Hidden gem in Lynchburg VA. Enjoyed shopping while we waited for our food!
This place is amazing. The date night deal is extra rad. How this place doesn’t have 5 stars in beyond me. Burritos were hot and fresh. Chips were great, queso was great, everything was great.
A business lynchburg should keep around.

Highly recommend this spot! Not only is the food amazing, but the team is wonderful too. Chef Julia is so kind and welcoming. She always has a smile on her face and a great memory for orders as well!
I always get the Carnita Burrito with no beans and it has always been consistently delicious.
When I come in to pickup, I can expect a warm hello and a smiley face drawn on my bag. I always look forward to my lunches here. :)

I got the Veg burrito which was tofu, portobello mushrooms, rice, beans and cheese (vegan cheese is available). It was delicious and generously sized. The chips and salsa were also very tasty. The space has a good vibe. 5 stars all around!

Update: this business owner, rather than being courteous when I called to ask about the delivery (never received any notice of cancellation) email this morning, or addressing my review here, decided to publicly post about my review on her Instagram stories (making sure to try to drag my *job* into it, and noting that we have mutual acquaintances in the community). This WILDLY unprofessional, borderline doxing behavior is consistent with her rudeness when I called her seeking to sort out the delivery email in question. I am stunned but, if anything, her actions only validate the reality of her gross unprofessionalism which I encountered when we spoke on the phone before she hung up on me. Hey, Stephanie, women (I'm not one) don't arbitrarily support women. People support people who treat them with respect. Try being professional when you answer your business phone. I didn't know what kind of person you were when I called this morning, but I sure do now.
Original review: I've ordered from here a few times but have consistently found the burritos disappointing. They're mostly stuffed with unseasoned/bland rice and beans and lacking in the robust flavor you'd expect based on the menu. They're not terrible, but also not that great if you like flavor.
Nonetheless, on Sunday evening I ordered delivery from them to a local brewery where I was hanging out. The website allowed me to complete the order and it was only a while later that I realized they must be closed for the weekend (confirmed when I looked up their hours). I figured they'd cancel my order whenever they reopened so I was surprised when, on Tuesday morning, I received an email stating "Your order is ready for delivery!" I attempted to email expressing my confusion about this outcome, and got an auto-reply about how to redirect my inquiry.
There is no business phone number published for them online, but I noticed a phone number at the bottom of the email so I gave it a call. Someone answered, and I asked if this was the number to reach Burg Burritos, to which they said it was. I said it was an awfully difficult number to locate (insinuating, I suppose, that it's a good idea to allow customers a way to contact you in confusing situations like this). I explained the situation and how I'd expected the order to be canceled but had received this email confirming that my order was delivery-ready. The person offered no explanation for any of the confusion their own website and emails caused, seemed annoyed, and said my order had been refunded in a tone that suggested I was stupid. I expressed my confusion and that the call was because of the email communication stating otherwise, and thanked them. They hung up, no courtesies of any kind throughout.
Moving forward, I'll skip the bland burritos and the rude service. Y'all should probably fix your site so people can't order after hours, and maybe get a proper cancellation email in the pipeline if you can't do that.

For all of you struggling to find a gluten-free burrito that tastes like the real thing, look no further. Great food, service, and atmosphere. Looks small but apparently there is seating upstairs as well.
Great food! Everyone was very nice and gave great wine recommendations and the vibes were great, I would definitely recommend!!

Personally, I wasn’t a big fan of my burrito. The concept is there, but he just wasn’t all that great. I had to order one of the steak burrito and to my surprise the steak was something you would find at a deli. Furthermore, my burrito consisted mostly of rice and beans. The flavor was good. It just wasn’t up too par for the price and other options in Lynchburg. Once again, this might be your place, but it wasn’t mine. I hope this review helps.
