The drive-thru person didn’t want to communicate, the manager promised to fix a new sandwich with the right order then just placed the old sandwich in the bag after waiting 10 min around the building.

For starters I waited in line for over 15 min. I ordered a frozen blue berry raz with a double cheese burger meal. The lady at the window passed me my frozen drink. Tell me why it was missing the nerds, so I asked her what happened to the nerds that comes in it, she looked at me and said oh you wanted nerds. No boo although that’s what I paid for. I paid for my drink to have the nerds in it. If I wanted a plain freeze then I would’ve went to McDonald’s. Yall have to do much better.

There was only 2 people working tonight and one was the manager. They were trying hard to keep up with the orders and get them out as fast as they could. We may of had to wait for a bit but nobody was complaining about it because we saw how hard they both were working. I actually wanted to put on a uniform and go back there and help!!!

This place just lost 2 customers. A couple of kids walked in and got service very quickly and ordered. I waited for a good bit and when another guy came in behind me and when he got tired of waiting he got in his car and left. I decided to leave as well. The drive thru is active and no one other that the kids ahead of me were in the restaurant. Place not busy and had several workers milling around. Really poor service. Going to check out WENDY'S. Hope service is better.
