I rated everything the way I did due to several factors. The bathroom was unclean and had no soap for washing hands. Ordered a double cheeseburger minus pickles, but it still came with pickles. The ketchup dispenser was broke, and when I asked the staff if they had ketchup, the response I received was they were out of ketchup. Overall, not the best experience and not very clean in the dining room either.

Slow service, fry oil tasted so old, sodas were pretty flat.
Staff was fine, but there were only 2 in the whole store. I’m sure that didn’t help with the quality.
