First and foremost this Burger King needs a whole new management every time I come home to eat my food. There is always a problem with my food I mean honestly your mics working can y’all hear? I say don’t give me this on my burger and they do the complete opposite. I’m not wasting my money here anymore.

Manager I'm guessing, was working drive thru and was cussing in front of customers while talking to the front cashier. Service was so slow due to them talking and joking around.The fry guy was wearing a hoodie up on his head.No one was in actual uniform. Very unprofessional staff.This Burger King should be shut down!!I will not be returning. Stay away from this Burger King. Go elsewhere for lunch.I would rate negative 10 if I could.

You hear everyone say don’t go to this Burger King because they only hire hood employees. Well let me say I’ll take this hood employee food over 221 burgerking or anywhere else . The food is always on point , everyone is very respect, and you don’t wait in line very long. They definitely get my pick of the year. Go try for yourself .

This location has been known to not have the best food. But on this night it was very good. Food was correctly prepared for special requests and was hot and fresh. And girl at the window was very kind when she asked us to pull up while food was freshly prepared. And we only waited a few minutes. It was great rebound for burned sandwiches earlier in the week.

i visited this store today because it's the best Burger King in Lynchburg as far as the food. I ordered 2 meals and asked them to be bagged separately when I placed the order. When I arrived to the window I paid and got my drinks. I asked for extra ketchup and when she proceeded to give me my bag I asked her did she put ketchup in the bag she said yes. I only received 1 bag after I requested 2 bags but that was ok. I know they heard me request 2 bags because they put a extra bag inside of the bag. I get home ready to eat and emptied my bag and there was no ketchup. I was very upset so I called to complain about the bagging and no ketchup. When the kind manager asked about a receipt I realized that she didn't even give me a receipt. SMH please do better Asia!
