The food was ok, but watch out for orders being wrong. You pay for whoppers and you get Whooper Jr's. So watch out.

Pineapple Slush was good! Cheesy bacon tots Wer fer yer tastebuds! Very friendly, I got 4 tots, but gave me 7! They wer very sweet. Spongetastic!

Honestly speaking I didn’t even get a chance to order my food because when I pulled up to order the female who was taking orders was very disrespectful as in her tone and just speaking nasty . Need to train them on customer service skills immediately! Will not ever go back !! 12/7/2025

The service at this BK is terrible. They are very slow. There seems to be a lot of confusion in operating. They don’t prepare the items properly (whoppers missing lettuce and cheese) forget items in you bag and often run out of items. Go to the other side of town if you want a better experience.

Picky Guide

This location is often very slow with their service both in the building and the drive thru. Expect a bit of a wait if you come here. The food is decent and is standard Burger King fare. They do have some good deals through the app such as Duo for $5 and Trio for $7 that I think make this a good place to visit.

Was the only person in the entire restaurant. Waited 10 minutes at counter. Nobody even acknowledged i was there. In alot of the cases, its not the food that kills restaurants, its the people you hire

Horrible service here, you have to stand around with no one to take your order, music is blasting in the back so they can’t even hear if a customer comes in. If you get their attention and finally find someone to take your order you might as well take a seat because you will be waiting for your food for a very long time! I will not be returning here!

God’s Joy

They messed up my order and when I called back because of the incorrect order, they had already told their manager that they knew I was gonna call back and she actually didn’t answer my call multiple times and when she did, she just instantly told me I was wrong before she knew what my complaint was. If you’re at the window and you can’t understand somebody or they can’t understand you why not have them come forward and talk to them in person. I spent over $40 on this order and I’m throwing half of it away because it’s incorrect and the manager says Sorry for the miscommunication and that’s it. I don’t think I will return to the Burger King on Timberlake again.
