I’ve 36 years old and have lived here my whole life and only have eaten here 4 times. Today I had a rather good experience with a new employee Kamari. I was a little indecisive about what I wanted to eat, but was in the area and choose here and was so glad I did. It was several families dining in and wonderful staff working. Kenti was the manager on duty and came up and assisted her with the transaction and everything flowed smoothly. Thank you for your service guys.

Really nice people and was very surprised by how good the food was. I had broccoli and thought it would probably be terrible but it was perfect. The fish was nice too. It's wonderful to get a healthy meal at a fast food place!

I have ordered the fried clams twice and each time I was given a handful! I would be ashamed to serve a portion so small! Ridiculous!

If you have 20 minutes to wait to receive cold, greasy, food, then by all means, this place is perfect.Entirely way too slow for fried food. It's not even decent.

I don't have a Captain D's where I live and I noticed there was one close by when I was in Virginia so I was so excited to get some food. They gave me half the portion I should of received and almost forgot some items that I ordered. The food wasn't fresh and it was skinny pieces of fish. This totally messed up my experience of eating at a place I grew up loving.

Years ago the food was better. They were rude about giving sauce with food.Greasy and fries and hush puppies dried out. I get nauseated and never again. 2nd time I have felt sick from food.
Very clean atmosphere the cashier was accommdating and help l. I received my order in a timely fashion, and wait times wasnt long everything was delicious ? . Satisfying experience.

I travel the planet with gospel music,and shoot Tv episodes everywhere and I will honestly and genuinely say this Captain D’s is the best one I’ve been to on the planet. The management is amazing, the employees are manner able, and heart felt. I recommend this restaurant to any and everyone. 10/10

There were two workers when we ate here. Both were very pleasant. The front desk worker was new and she was doing an excellent job (wish I could remember her name). The fries were cold but the fish was hot. There was drops of poop on the floor from a customer which wasn't noticed until we were leaving. Really gross!
