I wish I had taken pictures of the drink menu. WOW! Their bartending skills are unmatched! Every drink we had was delicious. We shared the crab dip with the homemade pita chips. And the pita chips are not super hard and crunchy! Which is fantastic. I got the sweet and sour shrimp with coleslaw and Mac and cheese. My friend got the crab cake (+1) with a house salad and risotto. Their risotto is so creamy good! All the food was wonderful. The desserts were beautiful. Sofia, our sweet waitress was beyond kind. This was our first time here and we will definitely be back.

The portions have definitely decreased since the last time I visited. The food was good and I would visit again. The atmosphere is on the older side but that doesn't bother me. This restaurant has been in business a long time and when I'm in town I will go to continue to support them.

My husband and I were looking for a relaxing atmosphere for drinks and appetizers. Charley's definitely hit the mark! We both had generous, tasty appetizers and reasonably priced drinks. This is close to home so will be a new favorite for us!Parking: Well lit and tons of parking
Our first time eating here, we'd traveled from Halifax county to meet family there on the Sun. after Thanksgiving. It was nice to get away for a leisurely meal. I had dry rub baby back ribs, Brussels sprouts with grated parm and sweet potato fries. I very nearly cleaned the plate, it was all so good! Usually I'll order a full rack so I'll have leftovers to take home. I barely had a half rack left. I'd suggest offering a side serving of BBQ sauce in case of people wanting to dip the ribs. Everything else was spot on including our server, he was on top of our care as well as his other tables.

I placed a on line order to Charley's the morning of our Christmas luncheon. It was a very large order. There were some things mis lableled and things that we hadn't gotten. So I got on the phone to the person in charge of on-line orders "Lisa" and with in 15 minutes she had all of the items that we had not gotten and another corrected entre ready and waiting for us. She had even offered to have the items delivered but I had already sent our runner back to the restaurant to correct the order. Usually I'd rate the service as mediocre, but Lisa was pleasent and very professional, and she worked hard to make it right, and earned the 5 stars. Thank you very much for making our Christmas luncheon pleasant and enjoyable.
