This is definitely one of the worst chikfilas smh. Probably one of the worst dining locations in green when it comes to service 😕(ik subco wouldn’t treat me like that) All I did was ask for the fruit cup for my order (#299) they ask to see my receipt which I show them, and they hand me order #399 and tell me it’s my fault because I grabbed the wrong order? The wrong order!? Now #399 doesn’t have their food either smh 🤦 Please handle dinner service better cmon. I understand fast food is hard and have worked in food service myself, but I’m stunned at how badly they handle customers. The cashiers are super nice tho ☺️

The chicken is good!We were visiting for a hockey game at the university. We dont have Chick-fil-A in our area.
You pay over $5 for sandwich that's dry and size of chicken nugget and now they charging you for a cup and water!?!?! How Greedy!

Girl through drive-through was nasty and nasty to my child, who was trying to order his own food nicely, and she was rude and ignoring him and had the worst attitude I seen at a chick-fil-a in a long time I understand this area isn’t really a toddler age friendly area but like come on your attitude is unnecessary when I do twice to work when you’re just standing there and taking orders grow up.

Unfortunately the staff was very rude and impatient. When I asked for gluten free options she acted like I should have known already and was very annoyed and kind of mocked me. In the past, I've had amazing service experiences at chick fil a but this was the worst I've ever had. I'll probably avoid this location from now on.
Chicken ? biscuit order messed up 3x in a row. Ignored it the 1st & 2nd time but... a 3rd time?! Replace that malfunctioning cash register machine.Mistake #1: trashed ? SEC (Sausage Egg Cheese) & BEC (Bacon Egg Cheese) order I returned. Would've kept it & moved on had I known 15 min. later I recieve the EXACT same order! ?? Wouldn't write this review had I left with original order + 2nd EXACT same order + complimentary combo. for the inconvenience & frustration. Overall the wait time was probably approximately 30 min.2. Chicken ? sandwich (Spicy & Regular) is smaller, less batter, and slightly undercooked.3. Chicken ? nuggets are undercooked.It would only take slight improvement in quality control. Ingredient quality is top notch for fast food i.e. lettuce , tomatoes ?, multigrain bun, etc.

Awful experience. I work at cfa right down the road so ik how a cfa is supposed to work. They asked for a drink even though i said i just wanted a wrap without the meal, obviously trying to squeeze money out of me, and then when my gf asked for a club no bun they started asking her why she didn't want the bun and asking if she had a yeast infection, which is so unbelievably rude. I don't have a short temper and i deal with cfa guests all the time and ive never been as frustrated as i was having to deal with these insulting cfa employees.
