Very kind and understanding staff. I would rather not get into specifics, but I was faced with a dilemma here and yet the service here was extremely patient, sincere, and helpful. It stays busy but its good. Unfortunately Chic fila (everywhere) has started using lower quality chicken and oils and it has really affected the experience. The chicken and fries are just not what they used to be. Sad!
