Multiple times I've been here ordered of the app an they fail to fill the order. Ordered a salad yesterday the packets that come with the salad where not in the bag, the sauce an salt a pepper I added to a fries order weren't in the bag. Which where all marked in the app order. An for some reason anytime I eat at this location the fries are soggy or undercooked not sure which it is.

Got in line that was at least 15 people deep. When I finally got to the front, there was only one register open, and the manager was carrying on a personal conversation with the other employees. I ordered a large drink and received a small one. I only ordered one item, How hard was it to get it right.Very unusual service for a Chick-fil-a

8 piece nuggets overcooked. Congrats! Worse Chick-Fil-A ever. Seems like you don't care about your business.

Excellent place! Even though the line was long, the top tier Chick-fil-A service was able to get everyone through in less than 5 minutes. The food was fresh and the fries were crispy.

Every time I go here I make the same mistake. I don't check to make sure they gave me the salad dressing, then I get home and have a salad without salad dressing. Maybe I should remember to check, or maybe I shouldn't have to!

Was very disappointed today by the quality of service that is unusual for this establishment inside the mall food court. With only one cashier three stooges were standing around looking preoccupied chatting with each other while I stand in front of a register while the que builds. My perception was urgency was not priority until another ethnicity began to wait in the line. When the lady with two first names called for the next in line, which I was already standing there (glancing past me as if I was a ghost), she eventually asked if I was next in line, I responded yes, she looked over at the line that had formed and ask are you sure I was next, I stated I have been waiting here to be served while you've been ignoring my existence here in the line. It wasn't until she got confirmation from the white couple waiting after me giving the ok, that she began to take my order. Although she began to take my order, it felt like she really didn't want to take it, as if I was this evil line jumper came out of no where and purposely jumped in front of someone. But had she been paying attention realizing I have been waiting at the counter directly in front of her register before a line even formed maybe things could have gone differently. Or maybe her bias towards me wouldnt have mattered regarding the pretense of the matter. Seems like a strong case of unconscious bias was a contributor in this interaction. Because I was a Black male with his Black family, we all felt like we was discriminated in our line position only until the couple behind us "validated" our place in line. As if my testimony wasn't enough. In today's environment we have evolved too far for this to be happening in Lynchburg, VA. Her approach was unreasonable and unacceptable, we cancelled our order and walk away because I refuse to give an organization my hard earned money to someone who can not accept my racial composition, or to feel threatened by it. So, you Chick fil la will never obtain any future business from me, ever! I would recommend that you provided specialized diversity training that highlights topics such as unconscious bias, equity and inclusion. And it should be conducted at least annually as refresher for your tenure employees who somehow forget how to treat others who are different.

FYI, This is in a shopping mall. There is not a drive thru. Previous reviews and photos may indicate that, but they do not reference this location. Consistent food and timely.

Fast. Hot. And polite staff. Right at the entrance of the food court at the "indoor" mall so it was convenient too.

We got there at 845 PM. Got our food to eat in, 4 of us. At 910 we were told we had to be out of there by 915! We only had our food a few minutes. Other than that it was great. Beware they close at 9!!!!!!!!

This is a great location overall the reason for the terrible review is...1. The line stays wrapped around the building...2. After waiting in line for so long you would think they would cater to your needs! I wanted a Large Dream Cup of Ice Cream... They only offer this ice cream in 1 size and the size is a COMPLETE JOKE... The portion is so small even a kid would look at it funny it was like a SNACK SIZED ITEM...?I wish this location was more like the locations in Roanoke, VA. That offer a $4.00 Large cup size Ice Cream.

This Chick-Fil-A location is tagged on google as the River Ridge Mall despite the incorrect address. Today we had such an amazing cashier at the mall CFA at lunch time named Alexis that I had to leave a review. She beamed smiles and happiness and made our day better!! Everything was perfectly handled including multiple allergy concerns. The fries were SO hot and perfect and the cartons were truly filled! A huge change from most CFAs these days! We will be back!

Was able to get through the line and get my food quickly, even during the dinner rush. Order was correct & food was tasty as always.
