I visit Chick-fil-A at least once a day Monday through Saturday. I love their vanilla iced coffee with extra vanilla. The staff is always pleasant. The service is always good. I’ve grown to know some of the staff members by name. There’s one young man who is always sweet and pleasant. His name is Steve on today. Steve went above and beyond his Chick-fil-A duties.. As he Handed me my food he calmly said Mrs. Tiffany, is there anything I Can pray for you about. At first, I said no because I misunderstood the question. But I quickly realized what he had asked me and I explained to him that I have 18 children and I have been a foster Mom for over 20 years If he wanted to say a special prayer for me, I requested that he say one for my children. it’s not often that you go through the drive-through line at a fast food restaurant and someone wants to say a prayer for you. In today’s time, it’s much needed Thank you, Steve. You truly are an asset to Chick-fil-A and an encouragement to me.

I spent 26 minutes in the drive thru this morning in the outside lane while the staff only helped the inside lane. I was told “you have to understand, they were transitioning from taking orders at the speaker to someone taking them outside.” I don’t understand why that transition means that 14 cars that pulled in after me in the inside lane were served (and gone) while I waited 18 minutes to even have my order taken. Poor management.
Omgosh, I was taken by surprise. CELIAC people they have GLUTEN FREE items and yes BUNS. I was so excited to be able to eat a grilled chicken sandwich as it was meant to be eaten, lol Oh, salads are great, too. Happy eating❣️ My kids like the chicken and hamburger meals.

Wheelchair accessibility: They have a easy to access spot in the parking lot to get onto the sidewalk and plenty of spots for people in wheelchair ♿️ to sit and enjoy their food.
I mean, it IS Chik fil a... What do you expect other than 5 stars!

I have ordered many times and the chick fil a nuggets are always over cooked and slightly burned every time .The nuggets are so small. I called and no one answered the phone this was in between lunch and dinner . My order was incomplete . I ordered 3 chick fil a sauces none were in the bag delivered by Uber Eats .
