Very disappointed with my experience here tonight. Ordered $70 worth of food including 4 sandwiches. When we asked the girl bringing out food for some extra pickles she gave us attitude and reluctantly went back to get some. She handed us a bag and we thanked her very much and as we pulled away we checked to see and she literally put TWO extra pickles in a container for us! Really? 2 pickles? That all you could spare after we just spent $70 at your establishment? Very disappointed!
The older gentlemen argued with me when requesting an extra empty box. Stating, “they’re busy” and he’ll try. I was the current customer at the door in drive through. Making sure I had everything I needed at that moment, should’ve been his main concern. He was very rude and unpleasant. He only brought a box because I stated not leaving without one. If he can’t work under pressure he should explore other employment options.
They do Not support Veterans. Lost my business in Panama city today. Do better, Popeyes chicken is better!

Double charged my card, doubled my order- noticed before my delivery driver got there to get it but couldn’t cancel because and I quote (from their customer service line) “the store phones are usually set to go straight to voicemail” Was never refunded or able to get in touch with management after the hotline said they couldn’t refund it even when I asked if I should go directly back to the store to return the giant bag of food that was doubled. She said they probably wouldn’t refund it. Why do yall have phones if you don’t answer them?? This could’ve been resolved before it escalated and I’m now out 50$ worth of food that I threw away. I’m sure it was yalls pleasure pocketing that money. I’ll make sure to provide by name the manager on duty today that wouldn’t answer the phone to help me as well as pictures and receipts of the multiple “we care” hotlines that I kept having to call to try to cancel the order since yall don’t answer phones.

My wife and I are headed to North Carolina for a wedding. We stopped at Chick-fil-A to get some of the Lord’s chicken and I was greeted by Joel. I asked Joel for a recommendation during our road trip. He recommended the tenders. Joel is the goat. The tenders were freaking incredible and I’m naming my firstborn son Joel now. Thank you Chick Fil A, thank you Joel, thank you, Lord.

Them going from having two drive-through lanes to having only one and making one a mobile app lane is stupid! At the Chick-fil-A in Portsmouth, Virginia there was 27 cars in the drive-through line and only two cars in the Mobile app line. This is how you lose customers! There’s no way I’m gonna wait in line behind 26 other people to get my meal from Chick-fil-A. If you don’t switch this back, you are gonna lose a lot of customers.
