I ordered asparagus, corn on the cob, potato soup, and sautéed mushrooms with garlic butter. All items came closer to cold than even warm. The soup was delicious, but cold. I sent back the mushrooms, as they were NOT sautéed, nor hot. Then I got broccoli, which was hardly warm, as well as the corn on the cob and the asparagus. It’s a shame, as each was cooked as I like. Luke was an excellent server, getting our food out very quickly. I will NEVER eat here again! What a shame to serve great food, but serve it COLD!
Vegetarian options: Be sure to emphasize you want your food to be served HOT! This was NOT Luke’s fault, but the KITCHEN!

So good food, that's about it. Bartender terrible took my order for food, and my friend said he wasn't ready yet. She said no problem, I'll be back 8 minutes later, she came back with my salad. Then left and came back and took my friends order. 15 minutes later, he got his burger. I'll just say if you don't like your job, get the hell out the bartender business and go sit behind a desk. She had a terrible attitude.

I recently visited Chili’s, and it was a complete disappointment. After placing our order, we waited for over an hour with no updates or explanation from the staff. The restaurant wasn’t even that busy, so there was no excuse for such a long delay.
The worst part? We ended up leaving without even getting our food. The lack of customer service was unacceptable—our server barely checked on us, and no one seemed to care that we had been waiting so long. Definitely won’t be coming back anytime soon.

Please be careful pulling out of this Chilis. (The food was really good and we had a great time), I have to give a one star review for this location specifically because they desperately need to trim back the bushes pulling out onto wards road. You seriously can't see anything at all. An accident waiting to happen. This should be a relatively urgent matter due as well - being directly across the airport and hotels - a lot of out of town guests who don't know the road. Please Lynchburg Chili! 🚨

Wow, locked the front doors at 10:39pm on a Saturday night on College open house for parents and prospective students. Got let in by guest leaving. No one up front so sat at bar. Another family that I let it just stood there looking for assistance. Pathetic. Bartender cam over and said bar is closed so no asked if I could order from kitchen she said they Are closing now. I said it lbs 10:40pm with folks waiting to come in(doors locked) and she said oh well have a gray night and I headed out. Where is a manager that cares? I have not seen such a horrible way of taking care of guests in a long time. Somebody needs to get on this.

I've been 2x this month, and both times we had terrible service. Asked for plates since we shared an appetizer and never received any. They also neglected to bring the non alcoholic drinks to the table until after the food was brought out. Had to ask the hostess (since we couldn't find our server) for condiments and never received those either

We visited this Chili's yesterday at 2:35 pm. We were greeted and seated in a booth. We left after waiting for over five minutes for our server to acknowledge us. This is the third time we've had a problem with this particular Chili's. I try to give all restaurants multiple attempts before I leave a negative review because I know people can have an off day. The other two times, they completely messed up our order. Their food is actually very good. I'd suggest going to a different location.
