I'm not even kidding when I say this is the best experience I've ever had in a restaurant! And I've eaten at a lot! This was the Chili's in Lynchburg, Virginia. I cannot tell you how pleasant it was to dine alone and have such fine service from Wanda! She literally was meeting my every need before I ever even asked. I literally just thought it, and a refill showed up. I just thought how nice it would be to have a box for my leftovers, and here it comes. The thought flitted through my mind how great it would be to take some chips and salsa home and she literally walked out of the kitchen with an extra bag and a to go of Diet Coke that I hadn't even asked for, but I had thought of. She was stellar and I gave her a 200% tip! I've already texted all of my friends in town and told them this is where we're eating next time we go out, and I'm bringing my sons back next week for dinner one night. I'm going to ask for Wanda! Aside from the stellar service, the food was incredible! I don't think I've ever seen a burger this big! It was so much food, I took half of it home and will eat it for supper. And if you consider it two meals, it's literally cheaper than fast food. Wow! What a fantastic experience, and I WILL be back!

Went here on a Friday about 5pm for a family member's birthday supper. The place was already packed with customers and we had to wait for a table. The host was polite and worked to get us tables close together for our 15-member family. A half an hour later, we were seated. Our server was there immediately and progressed smoothly to get everyone's order. The meal came to the table in a short time and everybody was pleased with the food. The server was very attentive to our needs, especially the younger kids. We brought a birthday cake, and our server helped with extra plates and utensils. The bathrooms were clean. Everybody had a good time and felt good about the atmosphere, food, and service.

The staff was pleasant, the food was phenomenal, very large portions especially for the price! Highly recommend the Nashville chicken, crispers, the chicken fajitas, and the place as a whole!! Will definitely be returning!
Vegetarian options: Be sure to emphasize you want your food to be served HOT! This was NOT Lukeās fault, but the KITCHEN!

So good food, that's about it. Bartender terrible took my order for food, and my friend said he wasn't ready yet. She said no problem, I'll be back 8 minutes later, she came back with my salad. Then left and came back and took my friends order. 15 minutes later, he got his burger. I'll just say if you don't like your job, get the hell out the bartender business and go sit behind a desk. She had a terrible attitude.

I recently visited Chiliās, and it was a complete disappointment. After placing our order, we waited for over an hour with no updates or explanation from the staff. The restaurant wasnāt even that busy, so there was no excuse for such a long delay.
The worst part? We ended up leaving without even getting our food. The lack of customer service was unacceptableāour server barely checked on us, and no one seemed to care that we had been waiting so long. Definitely wonāt be coming back anytime soon.

I ordered asparagus, corn on the cob, potato soup, and sautĆ©ed mushrooms with garlic butter. All items came closer to cold than even warm. The soup was delicious, but cold. I sent back the mushrooms, as they were NOT sautĆ©ed, nor hot. Then I got broccoli, which was hardly warm, as well as the corn on the cob and the asparagus. Itās a shame, as each was cooked as I like. Luke was an excellent server, getting our food out very quickly. I will NEVER eat here again! What a shame to serve great food, but serve it COLD!
