it's a serious problem when the employees cannot place a to-go order sticker on the bag correctly for delivery to ensure safe consumption of food & cannot wrap the food completely in the foil provided. can't trust the food after that.

never order delivery through them they will not wrap your food properly and they do not put the sticker on the delivery bag the right way, so your food possibly can get tampered with. HAPPENED TO ME. laying out just like this in a OPEN bag on my porch and ants got inside less than 5 mins

Every time I go to this chipotle they are always fun, always friendly, always kind, and always patient with me!
I had a huge issue with the app and a major misunderstanding about the fine print for some rewards, and they were so pleasant and friendly while helping me with my order right after they opened for the day.
Huge marks and wonderful customer service!
I know that won’t be the case for everyone, but if you start with kindness, you get buckets of it in return.

Went in for tacos, usually Chipotle is good with letting people know that they don’t have certain ingredients but this one did not. They gave me the last scraps of chicken instead of just telling me telling me they ran out then they said they didn’t have cheese. While checking out the digital kitchen had cheese so I asked to have some. One employee butted in to say that the area was a priority and they usually don’t give out cheese. Girl is it coming out of your paycheck??? Will never go to this location again.

Stop Interviewing Start Selling

The food sucks. Steak is tough, I couldn’t chew it and had to spit out the ones that were super rubbery. I gave up after three pieces. They always run out of forks and are overpriced. I’m done with them. If your going to charge me what your charging, the bowl better be edible. I’ll go to cava across the street from now on.

Sitting here now eating my bowl which is one half what they used to give you. The place is in shambles. No ice in the ice machine. No honey chicken. They only care about the pick up orders. This place and Chipotle in general is now off my eating list.... Oh and $3.15 for a small drink is highway robbery.

UPDATE: I had to get in the walk-in line in order to get someone to complete the order. The guy who was doing the pick up orders gave a smirky smile like he was delaying that order on purpose. He was distinctly not in a hurry to do anything and appeared to be cherry picking orders to complete which he then stacked on the shelf above his station, leaving at least one customer who was there before me, still waiting for her pick up order too. The customer reported the wait to have the order complete was over and hour, not counting delivery time. Name on order was Jessica B. And it was logged as done by 8:11 but wasn't actually even started until after 8:30 when I stopped the walkin line to get help with it.

DoorDashing for a customer and been here for over 20 mins waiting for the pickup line to do the order. Customer says they have gone through 5 dashers already, waiting for this order, which still isn't done yet. I have observed that the employees have a priority on walk in orders which are getting done within 5 or 10 mins or less. This is insane! If I didn't feel for the customer I would have dropped this order too. Still waiting as of this post.

No chicken ready. Long/slow lines for both pickup and order in. Cook line dirty with food. Rice undercooked. No sauces out. No corn for the night at 7 pm and the list goes on. I always try to be understanding but this is the 3rd time with a negative experience at this location. Will be going to the further location whenever i decide to go back.

Poor service and out of items. They had no fajita veggies and said they were totally out. No napkins or forks. Tables all dirty. Just overall not a good impression. I’d go elsewhere.

My bowl was missing beans, salsa, and fajita veggies despite them all being listed in the order on the app. They also gave us the smallest cups for drinks when it says 22oz on the app as well.

Trash overflowing, dirty tables, no TP in ladies bathroom for my wife. Out of grilled veggies and only one employees liked her job other two did not want to be there. Saw 4 customers leave the line because they could not get service in a timely manner. Don’t go for dinner never had an issue here at lunch time.

They were almost completely out of all the meats except steak, very few toppings to choose from. We asked that since they were out of most of the topping if manager could substitute some guacamole or something. She made no effort to even come up and offer anything in place and basically just said NO. Wow. I know this is just basically "fast food" but I'd expect a little more from Chipotle. Very disappointing service and food was sub par at best.
