Every time i go to this location they always mess my order up. Tonight my friend picked my order up for me and when i got it the bowl was nothing that i asked for i went to go take it back the manager was nice and remade it just to mess the bowl up again. I live a nice ways away from this location and it’s very upsetting to have to keep going back. The food should be made correctly the first time and double checked ! Paid for guac and asked for sour cream they didn’t even give me that. Gave me chips and queso. The queso was nasty and cold. There is no number to call. You have to chat with “pepper” the support bot and pray that someone gets back to you to rectify the situation.

Web ordering is always missing items. Waited for my order well past estimated time. So disappointed over today's order I will try Qdoba next.

Going to add the guacamole was brown and the chips were completely soggy and old. Absolutely terrible experience today for the amount of money I spent.

I have been to this location so much and enjoy the food. The quantity and quality of the food is great! Plus, the staffs are very nice and I do not need to repeat myself. They are organized regardless if it was busy or not.

Not sure what happened to this location but stay away. Everything was dried out and they acted like it was a inconvenience to fix anything fresh. They had over 2 hrs before closing so it's really no accuse. I should have left when I saw it empty because they use to stay packed.

I’ve got pretty low expectations of the service industry anymore but this place managed to limbo under that bar. Store was a mess, forks sitting in what I hope was spilled soda at the bottom of the can holding them, beans so poorly drained they soaked through the bowls, several missing ingredients, ran out of catering bags so I had to make 4 trips, and surly service like I was a burden even though we emailed in our order a day ahead and prepaid. Would hope for just a bit of thanks and minimal service for over 300 spent.
