I love chipotle but The rice at this location in my burrito was crunchy and they barely put anything in it I would recommend going to one of the other locations like the one on Timberlake.

Going inside and getting a burrito is allways the most delicious but Everytime and i mean EVERYTIME I order a burrito its never good either the rice is under cooked, they don't double wrap when I request it or the burrito has all the meat at one end or all the sauces on one end....do better with online order

This place is always very unclean! The floors are filthy the drink station is sticky with spilled drink everywhere the tables are awful, and worst of all the bathrooms look like a poop grenade went off in there! no towels to wipe your hands! Very sad I use to love to eat there

The food was good until I found a short gray hair in it. Me and my mom walked up to the counter to tell them about it and one of the workers started looking at my mom's hair as if she had put it in there. They then skimped out on my replacement and started to talk about us loudly after I went and started eating my bowl. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Upsetting to say the least. I was shocked to find my chipotle bowl supporting a tumble weed with a slight breezing of hot desert air. Where was the food? Who knows. Maybe it’s still on the grill. All I know is asking for a little more means nothing to these portion control police.

They never seem to have ingredients (i.e. Fajita Vegetables), and when you order a double-portion, you're lucky if it you even get a single portion. Food is inconsistent and there is a lack of attention to assuring orders are accurate and complete. They used to be good years ago at this location but this particular location is just a huge disappointment.

Worst chipotle in the area. Waiting 15 mins for steak, out of pico, out of forks. Lots of employees standing around.

Food is constantly incorrect, workers don't seem to care much at all, always messy.

This is the location I go to most often of the 2 or 3 options we have here. Usually service is decent and usually I can get all the toppings I want, but as we all know - nothing is more of a buzz kill than them being out of an ingredient that is considered a “must” for your order! That does happen from time to time at this location. Also portion size can vary drastically depending on who is working. Some of the staff can be a little slow, but they are all very friendly and pleasant to deal with!

The food was good, and I won't lie there. However, the portions are so small I had to keep asking to add more. So speak up when you are getting your food, don't let them give you tinny amount. Gracias

The worst Chipotle I've been to, and a lot of my friends would agree. Just go to the one in Forest.
