I’ve had multiple experiences at this location, and unfortunately, they’ve been inconsistent in terms of quality. Often, the rice is hard, and the serving sizes, especially for items like guacamole, don’t match the price I’m paying—it’s frustrating to pay almost $3.00 for guacamole and receive less than a full serving. To add to that, my pickup orders have frequently been incorrect. I usually don’t leave reviews, but this pattern has compelled me to speak up. I hope...

It was late, and close to closing time so I guess I can understand. The food was decent, nothing exceptional. The service was laid back, getting ready to close. The dining room tables were all dirty, and no one really seemed to mind.

Ordered food to go on the app and ONCE AGAIN I was unable to get the rewards item I requested and the staff was incredibly rude about it. I even sent a letter to corporate and they did and said NOTHING!! Also… even with the issues the food is usually good… the other night it was garbage. The black beans tasted bad and so did the steak in the quesadilla. Probably my last visit there.
