The portions always seem decent.

The food was ice cold and they forgot the rice in both of the meals. We placed a pickup order and ended up waiting 10 minutes after our set time to actually get our food.

Longest I’ve ever waited for my food at chipotle. It’s taking them 5 plus minutes to complete a single persons order. What is going on at this location

well this is unfortunate. i ordered pick up today and when i arrived in the drive thru, after waiting for 25 mins with someone in front of me, my food was basically thrown at me by the associate and i had to check my own bag to make sure it was the right person. cool. then i opened my food to find that it was a completely wrong order. went back to the drive thru and GUESS WHO IS HERE? yep! same person that was in front of me the first time. their order was wrong as well. so thank you for wasting my time, ignoring the line you have at the window, and for showing up to just get paid because you surely aren’t doing your job!!◡̈

Unfortunately, this may be the worst Chipotle I have been to. Extremely slow, it took 35-40 minutes for take out burritos with only a moderate line, with only 1 employee on the food line at nearly 6pm. The food line was very messy and gross, and rather than helping with orders or cleaning the line, an employee cleaned tables. The Chipolt-lane employee looked extremely stressed and overworked. Hope to see this location improve in the future!

This chipotle skimps out on every ingredient and always runs out of lettuce and salsa. Have gone four separate times in the past month and each time they’re out of something.

This used to be the best chipotle in the city hands down the best as far a presentation cleanliness and food demand. Was disappointed my last visit being this the only one that has veggies and I had my kids I was considering dinning in. I didn’t, tables and chairs looked like they haven’t been cleaned in months. Some people who were dining in was cleaning the area they wanted to sit.. cleanliness is horrible

Needs new management asap. I do not recommend.

The staff was very courteous and graciously worked around my allergies.
The smoked brisket was absolutely amazing.

The food is always delicious and hot, there have been a few times the inside was a little messy and the temperature was off. All good otherwise.

This is the best chipotle in all of Lynchburg I promise you

Somehow I ended up with a whole half of a hard avocado, my fork won't even go in it. honestly I'm just curious about the person that just thew that in there😭🤣cuz same fr. opened my shit and laughed so hard.
