This is the second online order I've placed for pickup, with disappointment. Everything was light, the meat, lettuce and rice. So much room left in the bowl so there's no reason. Not too mention left my queso and cheese out.

Do not use the drive through here. They will give you half a bowl every time.

Thanks to everyone on this team this evening for accommodating my dietary restrictions. It’s hard to find low fodmap dining out options and the team here was gracious enough to help me out with some unseasoned veggies. Thank you!

Best chipotle I’ve been to. Staff is always friendly and accommodating. Rice is better than the other chipotles around. They have a different rice cooker so it’s actually better.

Was there yesterday and and my chicken al pastor was hot off the grill! Food and staff was great. Was super impressed by the manager, Marcus D. Not only did he make sure we were enjoying dinner but also there was a very large catering order along with the regular dinner rush. Marcus was helpful to every customer there! Only reason I gave a lower rating on atmosphere was because the a/c wasn't working and it was a bit warm. Otherwise, great experience! Thanks Marcus!

Just picked up my order in the mobile line. I got home, cut on a show to binge and opened my bowl! I was not happy. The chicken was super salty and the chips were even more. Very disappointing .

They scraped the bottom of the bowl and gave me a light portion instead of waiting for more at the Timberlake rd location in lynchburg va.

Great location, good portions. I had an issue with my BOGO reward (legit earned, not expired) even though it showed available to me and now shows as used on my end and is no longer in my bag they had trouble scanning it but they made it work anyway. Good service. Will be back.

This chipotle is the best chipotle in this area the service the quality and quantity of the food is good. Sometimes, the chips can taste stale and sometimes a bit salty, but the majority time I am, please, to say this, this is the only chipotle besides the one over by forest ward I like in lynchburg

Everytime I go to this location they have no onions or peppers because they don't want to take time to cut them ridiculous lazy. I wont be going back

Terrible customer service. I was berated and screamed at by Marcus, the General Manager because I showed up 7 minutes earlier than my food was promised. Needless to say… I won’t be back.
