Cicis Pizza

I ate here recently and the food was okay. I didn't much care for the pasta, but the pizza and salad were good. My favorite was the buffalo chicken pizza. The lady at the register was nice. The only thing that I didn't care for was the employee that was walking around cleaning the tables. He kept interrupting me and my guests meal to make comments about how much we were eating, which I found rather annoying. It was almost as if he was fat shaming us in a way. I mean it's a buffet, come on dude! Collecting empty plates and cups is one thing, but commenting on how much customers are eating is pretty inappropriate and disrespectful in my opinion.

The front desk staff are Great! The food is pretty good because you can have any topping pizza you want. All you have to do is just have to ask and they will make it for right away.
It’s a great place for birthday parties, group gatherings Ect.

I was pleased with Cicis. Brandon was wondering and did a excellent job keeping things full and had excellent skills working in public. Definitely returning.

The staff did a wonderful job tonight during our visit. Everyone was friendly, but my gold star goes to the worker named David. His positive attitude and friendliness truly made our night. This was perhaps the only time I've witnessed a worker at a chain pizza restaurant with pure passion for the work he put in. It was genuinely the best customer service I can remember having a long time. He even suggested a special pizza recipe, the zesty veggie pizza, which ended up being amazing. If the people reading this get the chance, I think it would serve you well to have David be in an ad where he just talks about the product. He cared so much about his work and it made for an amazing experience! He deserves a raise!

Went to Cici‘s today had a very good experience. Everyone there was really nice greeted me with a smile Brandon he was awesome . I definitely recommend this establishment .

Horrible visit, likely last. Employees smell like weed walking through customers. Employees not changing gloves making pizza, serving pizza, washing dishes, picking stuff up off floor with the same gloves on. Cross contamination observed throughout visit. I had nothing else to do but watch violations waiting for food. 20+ people waiting for food while they are making 10 to-go pizzas for an order that’s leaving. 3 of 4 employees on phone while people are waiting. Not one desert for almost a half hour. Picture below is just the kicker with a ladder behind a door that opens in. Kids love this place, but honestly I can’t take my family here. $48 spent on an hour plus visit just to get the family fed while waiting on pizza. The young lady cleaning tables was very nice and pleasant. Health department report filled out and sent.

Wasted money today!!! Usually cicis hits we bring the family out today 15+ people to enjoy lunch yet we can't!! There is 1 cook on his phone cutting pizzas , a woman manager walking around frowning in circles and the rest of the staff is in the back... For this place to have medium capacity. And other families here. The buffet shouldn't be empty, shouldn't stay empty. And everyone shouldn't be complaining or rushing to the table for the 1 pizza the guy puts out once he gets off his phone!.. Next time we will stay in and just order from the competition

November 5, 2025 worst experience ever. Everything on the bar was old and cold, took my son for his birthday and really wish we had chose something else. The workers weren’t doing anything but standing around couldn’t even prep new pizza.

We've been coming here with large groups for years. The pizza has improved dramatically since the last time we were here a couple years ago. (we had stopped coming for to quality concerns). The busser woman was genuinely nice...
