Me and my family went to the mall and got a snack at the cinnabon place there and it ordered 2 cups of the hotdogs and a cookie and it was 27 dollars, but soon as I ask for the hotdogs she hit the cashier like she was getting mad ,I ask her if she was alright didn't respond and then I ask for the cookie, she ask did I want anything else I did but I said no because she was having a heart attack with that ,it don't recommend going there .

The cinnamon rolls barely have icing on them. They used to put enough on them. If you want customers please put icing on the cinnamon buns to keep customers coming back. That's a dishonest tactic this company is using, so the customers will have to buy extra icing.Do better

I have the Cinnabon app that gives you rewards to use and birthday rewards and the lady there said I can’t use them and that they are not valid. Also I waited a long time in the line just for all that.

Chain store that sells cinnamon rolls. They are good, and come with many options. Instead of getting the huge roll you can get several mini rolls, or the inside part of the roll. They are served warm and gooey. If often think that they could use more icing, and you can purchase an additional cup of icing.They also have the warm soft pretzels with cheese. If this wasn't enough of a carb overload they have several warm and cold drinks that contain a load of sugar. They have a case with ready to go prepackaged items or you can order off the menu.

They don't put enough frosting on the mini rolls. They're also pretty overpriced (4 rolls for $5). This is what my boyfriend ordered.I will say that their original Cinnabon is very good and has a nice amount of frosting.Next time I will ask if they could add more frosting to the mini rolls.

Very rude employees (2) closed an hour early. They just told the customers to leave because they were closing. Don't trust their hours. Won't go back.

Food was good, but the cashier was very rude. She kept rolling her eyes the entire time I was ordering. Then I decided to add drinks to my order and she made a face. Then after she fix my drinks she said to me in a smart way..."ma'am you can pay" and she pointed to the screen. I told her I didn't see a price so I didn't know how much I was spending. So she stated smartly it should be on the screen and I told her nothing was there and she just gave me a smart smirk. She was very unpleasant and her customer service is not good. My daughter even asked why she was so rude. I visited it today around 5:20 this evening.
