would totally give 5 stars for service had extra tip not been added on to my card! my total should have been 21$. why did it just update a week later to 24!!!!!! i don't care if it's just a few dollars it's the fact that you stole from me PERIOD! i guess the tip i left wasn't good enough for the minimal work i had you do. ?

I was a bit worried after reading the reviews for this place, but after visiting twice, I must say the ice creams are amazing and the staff were very kind. It is a bit on the pricier side for ice cream, but the flavours are amazing!It is also a bit messy to take as takeaway, so eat quickly!

I’ve been on the hunt for a good hot fudge sundae. This is my visit to Cold Stone. I order all the ingredients I wanted for a sundae and then right in front of my face they ruined it. They mixed everything into a mess. It was terrible to watch. Whip cream I paid for definitely a waste. On the upside the ice cream was good. Oh well back to my search

Nice place but, the last time I will be coming to this coldstone.. We went in asked for our Ice cream and size, then the staff just threw it in a cup and served it to us, never even mentioning would we like mixin's or add on's like a waffel bowl or cup.I feel as if they were rushing us, never the less we take our business else where more welcoming and friendly!

Staff was great & very helpful on figuring out what you wanted, Great Selection but of course we went with the Waffle Bowls! Chocolate & the other Strawberry, Was my first time trying the infamous Waffle Bowl & now I'm sold for life!Highly Recommended!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Came to the store around 5 on Saturday August 12th. I received ice cream soup and was told by the little boy behind the counter that "cookie dough is going to be like this" when I asked for a new one. I normally don't complain but when you pay 8 dollars for ice cream, is it so much to ask that it be frozen? I just won't be back.
