I’ve been on the hunt for a good hot fudge sundae. This is my visit to Cold Stone. I order all the ingredients I wanted for a sundae and then right in front of my face they ruined it. They mixed everything into a mess. It was terrible to watch. Whip cream I paid for definitely a waste. On the upside the ice cream was good. Oh well back to my search

Nice place but, the last time I will be coming to this coldstone.. We went in asked for our Ice cream and size, then the staff just threw it in a cup and served it to us, never even mentioning would we like mixin's or add on's like a waffel bowl or cup.I feel as if they were rushing us, never the less we take our business else where more welcoming and friendly!

Staff was great & very helpful on figuring out what you wanted, Great Selection but of course we went with the Waffle Bowls! Chocolate & the other Strawberry, Was my first time trying the infamous Waffle Bowl & now I'm sold for life!Highly Recommended!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Parking: Somewhat tight but still Easily AccessibleKid-friendliness: Your kids will absolutely love this place!!!Kid Friendly Environment

Came to the store around 5 on Saturday August 12th. I received ice cream soup and was told by the little boy behind the counter that "cookie dough is going to be like this" when I asked for a new one. I normally don't complain but when you pay 8 dollars for ice cream, is it so much to ask that it be frozen? I just won't be back.

Got the cookie dough ice cream, which doesn’t actually have cookie dough in it apparently. Pretty flavourless. Staff was nice enough. Asked for a small, but received and was charged for the next size up. Ice cream was melting in the cooler (not freezer haha). My fault cause I should’ve have seen it and not gotten any, but disappointed. Pretty lame for over $8.

I’ve been here twice and both time my experience was amazing! The associates were nice and helpful! It’s always a quick in-and-out experience! I’ll definitely be returning!

I've bought 2 birthday cakes from the lynchburg store and both times had things wrong with them. This last time I had a manager contact me after I sent in the pictures of my cake. I was told that they couldn't control the color the machine produces. It's as close as possible. The picture in the book wasn't what my cake looked like at all. Mets baseball team is blue and orange. My son's cake was not completely covered in icing. Plus, it was pink and blue. All they said to me is "that I took the cake and I couldn't get a refund." I didn't ask for a refund but some other way to compensate for the loss of money I put to it. Of course I took the cake. My son's party was only a few hours from the time I picked it up. I've managed my own store and never did I ever leave a customer unsatisfied. We tried anything to accommodate for the inconvenience. Never will I shop at that store again. Bad customer service for the money we pay

Had a gift card but now it’s used up and I won’t be coming back. For the price, you can get much better friendly service and a better experience at Outside the Cone in Wyndhurst.Most recent experience here the staff couldn’t even get the order right, hardly mixed up the ice cream and almost $14 if it wasnt for a coupon and gift card ?

Ordered a cake for my birthday and it was poorly decorated with half rotten strawberries :( Extremely disappointing. I had even left a tip when I paid.
