Our first visit and had out of town guest...was expecting an exceptional experience based on previous comments, however it wasn't good. 2 of the 3 meals came out wrong and we didn't like having to order via phone. The fruit a la carte was grapes, halo orange pieces and hard pineapple-definitely not like pictured nor worth $5.50. We will try again for lunch menu but the breakfast was unsatisfactory.

Fantastic! My omelet was huge and delicious. I’m very picky when it comes to a good omlete and I was very satisfied. The home fries with peppers and onions were delicious! I absolutely loved them. Great portion size, tasty food, needless to say I am quite satisfied. Happy to have a new breakfast place to enjoy ?

Very busy place, which to me is good sign ,but looks can be deceiving, the food was over priced, and to me the food was bland no flavor, did not care for having to use my phone to scan a qr code to get a menu and to order from it and to pay for our meal so what was the waitress for ?much less expect a tip?I could have gone to the counter and got my own food and she had forgotten part of the order on top of that ,please don't let my review stop you from trying them your experience might be different,going out eat is a treat for many of us and adventure, enjoy.

The new digital dine in program is not.
We did not get our coffee till we were 1/2 way done with our meal. The "tossed" our digital order and did not realize we ordered coffee.
With this new system you cannot drink your coffee and look at the menu.
Please ditch the digital dine-in.
If you want the best customer service you need to sit at the bar.
I was hoping for a better experience given the reviews, but it seems that after further investigation, at least 1 five-star review was left by a solicitor to the business asking for marketing work.
I entered the parking lot and parked then was greeted by the neighboring barber shop staff informing me that I was not permitted to park there. I noticed their sign indicating as such.
I rechecked the parking lot and could not locate any sign from County Sunrise that directed me where I was allowed to park so I was obliged to repark. Although inconvenient, It seemed like a sign from County Sunrise would benefit their patrons more instead of relaying on another business to inform their customers where not to (or where to) park.
I was greeted by a friendly staff immediately upon entering and offered a table or the bar. I sat at the bar top. The staff was friendly and helpful given my first visit and brought out a sampler which was a nice touch.
My order went in at 12:58 and arrived at my table at 1:23. The server made no updates on the kitchen delay, nor did they check in with me at any point.
I was not provided silverware until I asked. The espresso was served without any plate or spoon. The coffee is filled with pods, which makes the coffee/espresso overpriced against the market.
The staff informed another patron that they were out of an item and that they needed to choose something else.
I ordered an omelet with bacon, ham, feta, and bell peppers. My order was not filled correctly. Bell peppers were missed. The staff inquired about my meal at 1:28 p.m., and I informed the staff, and they offered to bring out some. I declined as the first order took over 20 mins, and I wasn't confident I had the time for them to resolve.
No manager or any other staff followed up with me after I informed staff of the error.
There was a fly that occupied the bar for the full time of my visit. My neighbor patron swatted at the fly multiple times while he ate. I did not see any fly lights at the door nor at the kitchen entrance.
I will not be returning for a while to see if things improve.
FOLLOW UP: I received a full refund for my meal at 3:35 pm, same day which was fast and appreciated. . I did not receive any communication regarding my experience.

This is a must visit when in Lynchburg.....I have tried many things at this restaurant and not a single thing has disappointed. It is a small little restaurant in a strip mall but bursts with flavors. Many of the meats I assume come from their sister store County Smoak? The smoked wings are some of the best I have ever had anywhere. The Pastrami Fries are tremendous and are a meal in itself that you will not finish and absolutely will not regret. Loaded French Toast Bites are amazing.....have tried almost everything, except the salads. The coffee selections are better than most coffee shops with all the specialty drinks! Your meal is always started with a sampler of the freshly made house pastries. The only thing I have to say that is negative is the ordering process via technology......for those of us that are not tech savvy, I beg you to bring back the wait staff. But if that is my only problem, I will continue to leave full and happy! Do not miss County Sunrise any chance you get!
Such a cute spot & delicious food! The staff were SO friendly & accommodating. It was our first time visiting & we were pleasantly surprised when they brought the complimentary nosh (biscuits, pastry, etc). It was a very nice touch & something that no other restaurants do for breakfast (that I know of)! The portions were generous & I brought leftovers home. We will def be back! This may be my new favorite breakfast in Lynchburg! ?
