My food was room temp when it came out so I had to send it back to reheat. Our waitress should not be a waitress as we had to literally ask for everything that are basic things that we shouldn’t need to like refills, sugar/creamer with the coffee, jam for biscuits, etc. as though not exhausting enough, she then duplicated an item on our ticket and took 15 mins to fix it. I will say this is my first time back here in 10ish years and I never had complaints when I used to go there on a monthly basis so maybe this is an isolated incident and not their hired norm now.

We had to ask or silverware and almost beg for refills.I had Chicken&Dumplins which included a baked apple and green bean Not much chicken and the dumplins were huge and tasteless but when I bit into that apple, I had enough, moved my fork around and saw the green bean. After telling the server he just walked away. Husband had pancakes and eggs, all tasteless, we will not be back. Especially now that I hear they have gone WOKE!

This was one of the better Cracker Barrel Restaurants I have ever been to. The waitresses we interacted with were super friendly and quick to get anything we needed. The wait for a table was very short and the wait for our food was very reasonable. All of our food was delicious! I have had better Cracker Barrel biscuits but these were still enjoyable. I would highly recommend this restaurant!

Don't come here unless you want to risk getting food poisoning. Specifically Staphylococcus from unrefrigerated meat and dairy. I came here with my in laws for Easter lunch. It was my first time and I will absolutely never be back. My mother in law and I ended up getting food poisoning from the cheese in our eggs. Out of all 6 of us, only she and I ate cheese, and we were the only ones who got sick. I have never had food poisoning in my entire life and have always eaten out often at all sorts of places, so I cannot imagine how disgusting their food practices must be for their cheese alone to make us this sick. The service was good but absolutely nothing could make me come back to a place who leaves refrigerated foods sitting out for hours and still serves it.

The absolute sweetest waitress I’ve ever came in contact with!! Super accommodating even when my mother spoke up about our food not being very warm, although I would have preferred her not to because I’m not that type of customer, she handle that amazingly! She definitely deserves recognition as she had plenty of tables to attend to and still made us feel like we were her only one.

The food was good. But the service was great. There were 11 of us at two tables. Six were teens, five adults. The server did not miss a beat. She seamlessly served us.
