The Caesar Salad was just ok, nothing special, not even close to the best that I have had. No toilet paper in restroom! Good thing I had a Kleenex!!! The bottled drinks were warm, boo! And it was a warm day

I travel for work and whenever there's a healthy option I'm always so excited. This is my first time in Lynchburg. The man running the salad bar was annoyed and unfriendly. I told him what I wanted then he messed it up and added chicken. I told him I wanted steak as I originally told him. He remade the sale then he rushed me down the lane and i didn't get to add the veggies I wanted to my salad. The salad I ended up with wasn't great but atleast is was gluten free and dairy free.

OWNER KEEPS TIPS FROM CREDIT CARDS. Talked with a current employee who shared that the owner doesn’t share tips through credit card. Crew only keeps cash tips. If you want to tip the people making the food, then you should leave cash.Love the salads and have enjoyed the food though.

Ok so get this, here I am new to Lynchburg from NJ. Taking a stroll in downtown LYH, getting a little hankering for something new to try and there it is. CRISP, Curb appeal is large windows and bright green Cafe style seats outside. Walk into Friendly service with a nice girl to help me, I order the Thia salad with Chicken ( when trying something new, best to order just as it is!) Size small. It's Delicious with all fresh ingredients, crisp cucumbers ( no soggy anything here) real chicken and they ask you light dressing or heavy. While she mixed in a large bowl. DELICIOUS!! ENJOY !!!

Last resort only- I stood waiting for one of the 2 girls there to help me, while no one else was in line. They acknowledged me and said that someone would be right with me, then ignored me completely. After almost 10 minutes of waiting and watching them socialize with each other, I finally gave up and walked out. Completely disrespectful staff. In the past they have had the hardest time understanding a simple order straight off the menu and had to ask me to repeat myself multiple times to the point that it's comical. The salad is not as fresh as other locations I've been to either. Workers from the attached restaurant come in and take over the salad area for their own use as well. Don't put yourself through the stress.

The owner doesn't care about his employees or his customer base he just wants to squeeze as much work out of each person for as little money as he can until they are so exhausted and tired of doing 2-3 peoples job for minimum wage that they quit while he stuffs his pockets. He doesn't care if his employees are miserable and hate coming to work because they know it's going to be ridiculous not to mention cutting people's pay starting them at 13.50 then cutting there pay to 12 because he feels they don't earn their money SMH isn't that illegal???

Fresh salad and lots of choices. Perfect place to nourish your self. Service was good. It was lunchtime when we went and it was quite loud for conversation.

There are plants everywhere in Crisp and Cosmos which are right next to each other so automatically I love the atmosphere. Their salads are filled up full and quality made with fresh ingredients as well as a diverse menu for salads. I’m going to make this one of the regular lunch spots for me!!

Overall, it was an OK lunch. If I worked in the nearby area, I'd probably stop there once a week to get a salad but not worth the trip into downtown alone. The decor was a bit strange, and it was kind of loud and echoey. I grew up with SaladWorks so I guess that's what I was comparing it to and it just didn't hold up to that.

Good salad stop when you're downtown. If you are out by Timberlake go to the other one.

My wife and I wanted to have a healthy lunch, so I chose Crisp. And guess what, it was great. We both shared a wrap. We decided to build the wrap and my wife picked the many options and it was fantastic. The place was very clean and not crowded at all. We got severed within minutes when stepping in the store. I would definitely go again and try a different combination.
