My fiance and I have been fans of crips for a long time, im not sure if there's new management but there was a man with his three kids behind the counter making the food and although they were all sweet and polite children the older one making my salad that maybe is 11 at most had to be told multiple times to add more scoops of toppings because she wasn't filling them up all the way. The dressing for my fiance's wrap was forgotten and I think its mainly due to the man having to watch his kid make the salad. The food wasn't bad but its the principle of having small children behind the counter that have to be told multiple times to add to the orders and also just having to be watched by a parent. Im all for family business but I think they're all too young to be behind a counter of a food service business.

Was extremely disappointed to see that the store is completely DARK and closed and it’s at least 10 minutes before posted closing time. Annoying.

Really loved my visit to Crisp! The salads were super fresh and tasty, and the staff was so friendly. I barely had to wait, which was a nice bonus. Definitely coming back!

Went to Crisp and was not impressed. I felt rushed, felt like the employees saw mw as A bother. 2 salads and $28.00 later, the food was just mediocre. A pleasant atmosphere could make all the difference. It wouldn't hurt them to smile! I won't be back!!!

Ordered door dash to pick up at 5:23pm food wasn't ready until 5:48 after making everyone in the stores salad while we waited. Salad was good but felt like because we ordered online we were last priority. The reason we ordered ahead was to save time. It ended up taking 2x as long as it would have had we waited in line. People that came in after we were waiting for our food got served before we did. I might try again one day but felt a little to be desired from this visit.

Delicious salads and wraps. Love to build my own salad and wrap and combine two sauces: chipotle ranch and apple cider vinegarette for a spicy and sweet combination you are bound to love!

I have eaten at this establishment several times. They have several allergy friendly options & the food is amazing & very affordable!! The usual staff is friendly, keeps things organized & efficient. These girls were not in today. I am giving a low review today because instead things were messy, unorganized & not stocked well. The staff today was not super friendly, seemed overwhelmed & not working together well. I was also very turned off by the fact that the girl tossing my salad was wearing a tube top so her bellyring could show. I have no problem with this attire outside the workplace but this is very unprofessional & unsanitary in a food establishment. I don't care to have someone's belly touching my salad or watch a wardrobe malfunction when I'm eating lunch! This needs to be addressed & should not be allowed. My friend having lunch with me wholeheartedly agreed. On top of this the bathroom was not clean & i had to ask for a fork for my salad. I told her there wasn't any in the cup& tried to help by turning it towards her to refill but she ignored me & went back to the line. My salad was good, as usual, but overall i was very dissatisfied & disappointed with my visit today which is a shame because this had become my favorite lunch spot.
Absolutely amazing experience! The Caesar salad was fresh and delicious, with perfectly CRISP lettuce and a flavorful dressing. The chef, Katrina, was incredible—friendly, efficient, an absolute stunner, and made the salad just how I like it. She definitely deserves a raise!
