I preordered the 12 pack online this morning about 11am. Called to confirm as well. Went to pick up the order at 4:40pm as scheduled. Unfortunately was told my order wasn’t there. The cookies from my order were sold out! SMH Staff got to communicate much better! The evening staff did apologize & issued a refund.
