The cookies and brownies are absolutely wonderful if the girl who answers the phone wouldn’t laugh then hang up on customers. Love if you’re reading this you need to be re-educated on customer service.
Stopped by Crumbl during a trip to Lynchburg this afternoon. It was my first time, and it exceeded my expectations! The ordering process was super easy, and the amount of options available was decent. The customer service was great, very friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be going back the next time I find myself in Lynchburg!
Flavors of the week were excellent and staff very friendly just frustrating that ordering ahead of time doesn’t ensure receiving all flavors. When we got there order was not ready and they were out of cookies & cream.
