We ordered a cake online two days ahead of time but when we showed up, it still wasn't ready. Apparently they did not get the order. The guys were good about it though and made us one... We just had to wait.

Never will be going back here anymore. Wait staff and service sucked along with the service. Got our blizzards were completely melted didn’t even tilt it over like they are supposed too if they would have it would have fell out on the counter it was so melted. The worst blizzard ever had from a Dairy Queen. Then their ice for their drinks wasn’t even working had to ask for ice from behind the counter. Then a family of about eight people came in and they told them they weren’t able to take their order because they didn’t have the ice cream and stuff to handle their order so they got turned down and out the door. Turned money away. Then they all acted like it pissed them off that customers came in but it wasn’t even 9 they don’t close till 10. So never will waste that money ever again. And water dripping from the ceiling all over the place also. Very poor service and everything hopefully the owners will see this really need to work on the staff in this place.

Haven’t been back since last fall 2024 and used to go at least monthly. Last visit I ordered the $5 deal with 2 (2 piece chicken strips). The “woman” who took my order said I ordered only 1 (2 pc). I noticed after at table and went back up to tell male cashier so I could pay the extra due. The woman then stood and argued and then told man at register just to Give me the second 2 pc that she didn’t have time for this stuff!!! My husband had ordered cheeseburger meal $7 plus extra for lettuce & tomato. It instead came with mayo etc. He told them it was wrong & again this woman argued it was right & finally gave him the corrected one almost throwing it on counter. My husband was so upset we ate hurriedly and left without getting his sundae that came with meal deal! He just said forget it! When are customers supposed to be the victim of annoyed employees???? This is no way to run a business! We had been there many times and loved it! Now we have unused gift cards we haven’t used because of the atmosphere there!! It can be a great place if they didn’t criticize customers.

Rude employees. Seemed understaffed and stressed. Waited in line at the counter while they continued to take drive thru orders. Being acknowledged would have been the nice thing to do when you’re busy. Place isn’t clean. Saw ants on the walls.

Floor is always sticky and the place is always dirty. Recently waited for over 10 minutes in line inside wanting a single ice cream cone and not a single customer was able to get served. Manager was completely clueless and the employees were running around without actually getting anything done. I'm being generous with two stars.

I would give negative stars if I could. Seriously, 3 strikes and this place is officially dead to me. Order pretzel sticks and frozen hot chocolate. Microwave bread. That’s it. No napkins ever, no cheese cup that comes with the product and tonight had to pull forward and wait a long time for said pretzel sticks because everyone in the place was looking at their phone and the first order I guess got over microwaved. Just because you’re young or maybe not a lot of work experience does not mean you should be such a crappy employee. I will never, ever go there again.

They locked the doors at 9 even though they close at 10 and only were serving the drive through, then the lady in the drive through said that the ice cream was liquid and that it wouldn’t be solid for ten minutes, I asked her if I could wait the 10 minutes she said no, they would be closed by then, it was 9:45 when I asked.

EVERYTIME I come my order is wrong and they do nothing to accommodate or fix the situation. Will never return… paid 20$ for the wrong meal and can’t even replace it. Terrible customer service.
