I don't really know what I should have been expecting but I am pretty upset. I haven't been to dairy queen in some time but when I was younger it was the place to go after sports games or on summer nights to grab ice cream. I loved the M&M blizzards. recently I had a craving for one so I decided to run to the location on Amherst. The service was not great as it took about 15 minutes to get ice cream in hand and then the blizzard was more like a milkshake. It must be just that location though, surely. Tonight I went to a different location, the one on Timberlake Road. Service was fine here but when the lady turned my ice cream upside down it splashed out all over the floor. She handed it to me anyway, melted ice cream, all over the cup, and closed the window. If my last blizzard was more like a milkshake, this one was more like soup. I wont be going back to another dairy queen. I don't know why I'm ranting like this but I guess it's just upsetting to see so many places like this just take a nose dive in quality, this isn't exactly cheap ice cream.

Well I’m never ordering from the Dairy Queen ever again. I mean everything tasted good and all except for the STAPLE that my wife found in her drink!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Attendant had a hard time hearing our order through their system and when we pulled up to the drive thru we didn’t even get a hello. Blizzards were creamy and delicious though!

Just had a burger and curds this time. The burger was boring. Love the cheese curds. Would not pick as a place to get a burger next time. If it came to going here for a burger, I think I would just choose Sunway and just get a sandwhich.
