Ordered 2 cheeseburgers with mayo but got them with a lot of mustard. You couldn't even taste the cheeseburger. Person taking the order was clueless. He made a mistake ringing up the order and was unable to fix it. I will never be returning there .

Was fine with paying Extra for sprinkles however got the smallest amount I've ever seen. Only reason I got the sprinkles was because they always put loads on. Pretty disappointed.

I took a few kids here to eat after we went to the Putt-Putt Fun Center.. The employees all have attitudes; they're not particularly nice.. When one of the kids tried to give her order, the employee acted like they couldn't hear her and made her repeat herself several times. Teh employee looked at me and said, "Can you just order for her like a normal person? She's like 4 years old." As if it’s not normal to let a kid order for herself. She said, "I'm 8," and they said, "You're 8? I thought you were 4", and they laughed. When we sat down to eat, the 8-year-old said she didn't like hearing the employee say she looks 4. After we finished our burgers and tenders, I bought the kids ice cream. The 8-year-old couldn't eat a cone by herself, so she and I shared a cone. An employee told me they think it's gross that I shared a cone with a kid. Nobody asked what you thought. I have given this DQ on Timberlake too many chances. I've heard from multiple people that they're struggling very badly. If they're struggling so badly, then why don't they improve their service? They are definitely driving people away with negativity like that, and they always seem to get orders wrong. They refuse to correct wrong orders.

If I’m being honest, I’d give this review a 0 if I could. First off, as I was standing in the lobby, it looked like one little white girl, who was barely even 16- was doing all the work. I mean cmon, let’s get real..it’s 2023, why are you not doing your job and allowing a CHILD to do all the work? For all that , you might as well make the child manager the way she was rippin and runnin the damn store. I don’t support slavery and this is concerning. Fire the manager. Upgrade the child. Problem solved.

This is an older Dairy Queen but well run and clean. We used the drive though and it was a good experience. Great sweet treats! We had hot fudge sundae and peanut buster parfait.
