Whenever I place a pick up order, when using the mobile app, it's always easy and hassle free, and on the occasions that I use their delivery, it's always a quick and usually faster than expected experience. The only issue I ever have is with their delivery driver tracker, because even when it obviously shows the driver has tracking capabilities, it's still laggy and usually doesn't update until after the driver has pulled up to my house.
