This is the WORST food place in all of Lynchburg, VA. Multiple times my order has been messed up and I can’t get through to even get it corrected. Tonight both my son’s food and mine were made incorrectly. The woman acknowledged they were made wrong but refuses to send out a corrected order. She offers a credit and says she can’t do a refund because it would refund the whole order. The only things I paid for on my order were the two items messed up and the tip and their delivery fee. She replied angrily “so you don’t want a credit?” Like wth I just asked for a refund lol.
Then I said “no I would like a refund” and she screams “FINE I’m cancelling the order bye” and hangs up on me. I hope she sees this review and her boss does too. Please don’t work a job where you have to deal with people if you hate people and your job that much. I’m tempted to apply for yalls GM position just to come fire her myself. Ima pray for her though! P. S. The delivery driver was patient and kind. Sad he has to work with a grumpy woman.

Long story short, ordered $66 some dollars with of pizza was over charged for everything, got a free emergency pizza from it was trying to use it since it has 30 days to be used so it was supposed to be a free 2 topping medium pizza I got pepperoni and bacon and was charged and dollar I’m assuming for the bacon but not sure it doesn’t tell you, said whatever paid it and didn’t get the bacon on the pizza. Tried to get it replaced tonight and listened to them berate me then customers started calling in they were talking ugly about them and hanging up on them, then me again. Well I started recording, I have them being rude to customers and hanging up on them on the phone and talking ugly about my free pizza being wrong and replacing it when it’s free anyways. If you wonder why you’re being hung up on they just didn’t like the way you talked. If I could post the videos I would.

Absolutely horrific experience will never in my life eat at this franchise ever again. I watched my driver on the app pulling into my apartment complex, I got to meet him outside 30 second and I can’t stress this enough 30 Seconds! I see him already at the street pulling away didn’t get a chance to come outside no call no nothing. We call and they send him back the guy has only ten dollars…. With how high prices are you wouldn’t think to bring more than ten dollars on your person? But no it’s a franchise thing apparently. 25 dollars minimum should be how much you carry I could have paid my food given you a 20 dollar tip and took the 25 in change but no they just took it back to the store right before it closed after I waited an hour or so on it after working all day and there is no other places delivering that you can pay with cash now I’m tired hungry have to be up in four hours for work and the food is either going in the trash or home with an employee because they didn’t want to come back out or do anything to help me out wastes two trips a good tip my time your time and got nothing out of it except a pizza for your employees to throw away or take home. You should do better this is unacceptable every time I ordered from here it’s a hit or miss with the service it’s either really good or terrible I won’t be coming back or recommending actually I want to proactively do the opposite and encourage anyone and everyone to stay as far away as possible.

Ordered food online it said it would be deliver in 30 minutes don’t get delivered for 1.25 hours. Which is unacceptable when charging $5 for delivery that doesn’t Ben go to the driver for gas or anything. When I called I got an immediate attitude stating they only have 1 delivery driver. Then told that the online time line isn’t accurate. Once the food got here it was disgusting. The chicken wings tasted freezer burned. My kids and I all spit them out. Ridiculous.

Probably one of the worst Pizza Experiences I’ve ever had. I placed my order at 11:20 and it seemed like it was going to be a pretty quick delivery. I normally can expect a delivery order to take about 30 or so minutes, especially only living 5 minutes away, but the pizza sat in quality check for about 30-40 min. I ended up getting my pizza an hour after I ordered it. Pizza was barely warm like it had been sitting in a warmer for a long time, and looked like someone punched the middle of the pizza. Ended up having to warm up the somewhat intact pizza slices in the microwave so that they would have some heat to them. Probably will not be ordering from this location again
