Two weeks ago my order was made incorrectly , called back the person I spoke to stated they put a credit under my phone number , called back today and now they won’t honor the credit because the person lied and did not put the credit in as they told me, manager wouldn’t honor it terrible customer service , and will not be returning. Insane to screw up my order and not correct it at all. Too many young people working who clearly aren’t doing their job and goofing around.

I placed a carry out order at 11 and showed up at 1130 and they just put the order in the oven and they only have two other orders it was pathetic

Had to order 10 pizzas for work when our power went out. The young lady was very helpful and accommodating. Great service and very much appreciated!!

By far the best dominos ive ever had ordered 3 large new york style extra cheese italian sausage ham pepperoni mushrooms & black olives pizzas for take out every cook here deserves a raise!!

The delivery was fast and convenient, and the food was good. Unfortunately the pizza was not what I ordered.
Pizza tastes weird. I like pizza, though dominos is never my first choice, it’s convenient sometimes. I just moved to Lynchburg a few months ago and tried this dominos for the first time tonight. Your sauce tastes disgusting, like the water you use is gross and weird tasting. Ruined the entire pizza. The dough tastes fine, the pepperoni tastes fine, the sauce tastes like pond water that a dog has been recently swimming in.

My pizza had ham on it and I can’t eat ham due to religious beliefs so I called and they gave me a free pizza but that pizza didn’t deliver so ( joshua) the person on the delivered it and gave me another one for free and dan is a great person but especially joshua - 7-7-2024
